Chapter 101
“Your what?” Greg asked, winking at the guy seated beside him.
“His parents over mine,” Kirk said with a dry smile. “And no, I am not explaining why.”
“Well, hell.”
“Deal.”
“Dealing,” Greg replied with an obviously fake pout, getting chuckles from everyone. Then he introduced Tony and Kirk to Neal. Tony realized he was the same guy Greg had gone home with to watch some movie they both liked.
After that, the friends talked, danced some more, and then parted with the usual promises that they’d be at the club again soon.
“I’ll see you tomorrow?” Kirk asked as he and Tony went to the lot where they’d both parked.
“Probably. I seem to spend half my nights at the club.”
“We could do something different, like, I don’t know. Try a different place? Meet somewhere and go for a walk and have coffee?”
“A walk sounds like fun, believe it or not.” Tony chuckled. “I could use the exercise.”
Kirk looked him over then shook his head. “Not from where I’m standing.”
