Future

In a dark room something was being juggled up and down slowly, as if to past time.

The man juggling this object was none other than Sukuna himself, and in front of him was Danzo.

" who are you?! " Danzo shouted with rage, his eye was bleeding without stop, and if you kept searching it wouldn't be the only thing bleeding.

One of his arms were missing, that arm is what Sukuna is juggling right now.

" Let me ask you a question, if you know the future, what would you do? Let it happen or change? How much would you change? " Sukuna asked looking at the arm as he continued juggling it.

" What?! " Danzo shouted confused.

" I was thinking about it, most people would get mad for following the main story but, why would you destroy the main story? You're an anomaly, the fact the world doesn't actively seek you out is a gift, if you start messing with the world it will start seeking you out. But following the main story completely would also be annoying, certain feelings would get in the way, like a major death nobody wanted. What would the best thing to do be? After all everything is assumption, the world might not care what you do, or it would, so what's the best thing to do? " When Sukuna finished Danzo still didn't answer, what the hell was he even talking about? Danzo needed a way to escape, the sharingan and Hashirama arm doesn't matter, he wants to stay alive.

" I could follow the main story, slowly let everything happen, Naruto saving gaara, Jiraiya dying, you dying, etc but I also need a way to leave this world or it would be plain boring. If I'm not able to leave I rather keep everybody alive, more entertainment in whatever way either killing, women, drinks, food etc, killing all humans would be boring in the end. Is there even a way to leave this world? I think Kaguya could probably help me, she was able to travel dimensions, if I can help her get stronger she could hypothetically reach higher dimensions, I'd just keep her as a map or something. Should I destroy everything if I'm able to do that? I don't think I should, I could always come back. Making some friends would be pretty fun, and also a girlfriend, but someone worthy. " As Sukuna finished his thinking out loud Danzos finger moved a tiny bit and that same time his arm was cut off releasing more blood.

" Fuck! " Danzo shouted, he couldn't even clutch the pain now, he could only deal with the pain by clenching his muscles.

" Absorb. " With a word a black smoke came out of his hand as it slowly swallowed the Hashirama cells arm.

" Well there's no reason to think too much about it, i wonder if I can get the ten tails myself. " As Sukuna got up and left the room Danzo turned into thousands of pieces of flesh.

By the time he made it back to the village all root were dead, and their base was burned with all the corpses.

A few days have passed and Tsunade has finally gotten news about Gaara,

" Are you ready? " Tsunade asked looking at team Kakashi.

" Yes Lady Hokage! " They shouted before leaving.

After they left another knock came to the door before Tsunade let them in,

" What can I do for the Hokage? " Sukuna asked as he yawned.

" Please show more respect to the Hokage. " Shizune said as Sukuna just waved his hand as if saying " whatever ".

" How long will you be in the village? " Tsunade asked ignoring the two.

" I was thinking about leaving in a few hours, being in one place too long is boring, especially with nothing to do. " Sukuna replied.

" Would you like to go to the sand village? " Tsunade asked shocking Shizune.

" Hokage-Sama! " She shouted but was stopped by Tsunade with a hand.

" Sure what do you want me to do? " Sukuna asked before being given the details.

" Hm I see, so you want me to pretend I met them by accident as if I was targeting the akatsuki and join forces with them? Well that might be a bit fun in its own way, I guess I can do it. " Sukuna agreed.

" Can I ask you something? " Sukuna said as Tsunade nodded.

" Let's say you were reborn, you're a kid again, you have all your strength and memories of everything that happened, would you let it happen again or would you change everything? Like saving a loved one or buying something you regret not buying, but is it worth it? " Sukuna asked curiously.

" What kind of question is that?! " Shizune shouted knowing about Tsunades past.

" It's okay calm down Shizune. " Tsunade said before giving it a thought.

" As much as I'd like to make the excuse that changing the future would be too complicated and disruptive, I can't let my loved ones die again. I'd do anything to save them, since I would be reborn with all my memories and powers I'd also focus on gaining more strength. " Tsunade explained.

" Hm, even though there might be repercussions? Like a very strong enemy arriving earlier than original? Or the world constantly trying to kill them to keep the future going? " Sukuna asked but without hesitation Tsunade replied.

" Yes. "

" Interesting. " Sukuna said.

" What would you do? " Shizune asked Sukuna trying to throw something at him out of pettiness.

" I guess I'd just enjoy the show, if there's something in my way I'd move it, if there's nothing I let it be. " Sukuna said as he waved goodbye walking back to the entrance of the building.

' After all as far as I'm concerned they're all fictional characters, I wasn't reborn as a child and given the chance to grow up with them, I have no attachment whatsoever. But I am curious, how much would killing Sasuke and Naruto affect the future? I can't do that though, that sage of 6 paths is probably too strong for me right now, well I also don't have to kill them. ' Sukuna smirked as he vanished from his spot.
