Mo-chan fight

*Sairaorg Bael POV*

"Both of you, ready?"

I nod at Lady Serafall, who became our referee for my sparring match against Mo-dono. At first, Mo-dono did not want to fight me because I didn't bring any weapon, but after promising that anything but my fist, she agreed to fight me without me using any weapon.

"3… 2… 1… Start!"

Without hesitation, I charge toward my enemy and throw a quick punch toward her head. However, to my surprise, she caught my punch with her bare hand. While I didn't use my touki, my punch still carried power, and she caught it with her empty hand.

"Good punch. Now it's my turn."

*Boom*

Urg. That punch is heavy. I can feel the force of her punch vibrate my bone. Not only powerful but her punch also faster than I thought it would be. I almost get hit right in the head if my hand is too late to block the incoming attack even by a second.

"Good reflex. Now let's see how much you can endure."

In a blink of an eye, Mo-dono disappears from her previous location and only leaves crimson lightning. Suddenly, my danger senses warn me to duck low, and a second later, I see a streak of red light fly past me.

*Boom*

I look up and see a crater in front of me, and the middle of the hole is Mo-dono standing with a grin on her face while a flash of crimson lightning is dancing around her body. What a beautiful sight.

I snap from my thoughts and infuse my whole body with Touki. I then leap away toward my target and deliver a powerful punch toward her.

*Boom*

With my punch, I create a massive crater under my feet but sadly, my punch did not connect with my target.

Hngh?!?

Quickly I move my body to the right as I feel my target appear next to me with her sword. After successfully dodging the attack, I looked at Mo-dono, and to my surprise, it was not her but her sword she threw at me.

"ORA!"

In a blink of an eye, I raise my hand to block her punch to my side and use my other hand to make a counter-attack. Seeing her block my attack, I quickly deliver another attack. We continued to trade punches at each other, and a minute later, Mordred leaped away from me with a grin still on her face.

"I see, I underestimate you, big guy. I'm sorry about that, so, let me fix that."

That is not her full strength?

I couldn't help grinning in anticipation. It's been a while since I felt this excited. There are not many challenges that make me excited.

I look at Mo-dono and see her aura begin to flare. Her red aura that is coating her entire body like a red flame, ready to eat anything, stands before her. Crimson lightning from before begins to appear around her aura, dancing around her like an eager child who wants to make her father proud.

Seeing the spectacle in front of me makes me more excited. I pump more touki around my body and create a thin layer of touki around my body to handle what is coming toward me.

"Here, I come."

Not even a second later, Mo-dono appeared in front of me with her sword ready. She then swung her sword from her side, and her target was my neck. Quickly I raise my hand to block it, and I even pump more touki into my hand. However, to my surprise, my touki suddenly disappeared from my hand after it made contact with her aura.

Quickly I leap away from her and look at my hand that continues to bleed because of her attack. I try to stop the bleeding with my touki, but to my surprise, my touki cannot reach my hand. It looks like her aura eats away any energy it touches—what a terrifying aura. I can win against her in a long term fight, so the only thing I can do right now is… To attack her with all my strength.

With that in mind, I charge at my enemy once again. A second later, I appear in front of her and throw a punch to her stomach. Without wasting any second, I bombard her with a flurry punch and kick from all sides. My opponent continues to block and makes her counter-attack. While trading punch and kick, my kick hit her in the stomach and threw her away slightly. Seeing she is thrown away, I compress a touki on my palm and fire it toward Mo-dono.

Seeing my attack fly toward its target, I charge toward her with my hand raised. True to my prediction, she sliced my attack with her sword, and when she finished cutting my attack, I already appeared in front of her and punched her. To my surprise, she blocked my attack using her hand and grabbed my hand and threw me to the ground. I widen my eyes when I see her do an ax kick. I barely managed to dodge the ax kick from Mo-dono, but even then, I still hit with a shockwave of her attack.

This isn't good. My decision to attack is correct, as fighting against her in a long fight will result in me getting beaten. However, every time I trade blows with her, I can feel my touki slowly get eaten away by her aura. Right now, I only have half of my touki, and we only sparred for fifteen minutes. I never thought to use half my Touki in fifteen minutes, but I guess the reason is that Mo-dono eats away all my Touki with her aura.

I guess I will deliver my last attack.

I release the remainder of my Touki before compressing it into one point, My fist.

"One last attack, huh? Well, I accept your challenge. Let's this attack decide who is the winner in this match."

I widen my eyes when I see my opponent release all her aura. I can see her aura begin forming a shape of a lion, but it suddenly disappears when she compresses her aura into her fist. Her fist is coated with a dark red flame-like aura with a hint of the purple inside of it. There is also the lightning that dances around her fist, making her fist more sinister.

Seeing her grin at me, I couldn't help but also grin at her and charge toward her.

*BOOM*

As our attack met each other, I can feel the ground began to crack and create a massive crater, but I did not care about that right now. The only thing I care about right now is to beat Mo-dono. Push Push Push. I'm Bael! I'm destruction!

"RAAARGH"

Power! I need more power! Even if my body didn't have the power of destruction, I would become the destruction itself! More! More!

Even when I use all my Touki, I can see Mo-dono slowly pushing my fist away. Slowly but surely, I will lose in this battle. Is this my limit? Ahhhhhh, how disappointing.

*BOOM*

I can feel my whole body hurting because her punch hit my body. Ahhhh, how disappointing. Even after that training I go through, and I lose in a fistfight. When I thought that my fist was my greatest weapon, but it was beaten. It looks like all my training is all but a waste of time. Maybe they are right… I need the power of destruction to reach my goal.

"Oi, Big guy! What with that sad face?"

"I lose."

"Ha! So what?!? If you lose, then you should get up and get better. If you continue to lose, then continue to get better. Throw away any negative thinking you have right now and look to the front with your head high. You have an amazing power inside you and even more amazing resolve to win. Keep that resolve, and someday you will fulfill all your goals, especially if you have people that want you to succeed, people that believe in you, and a people that see you as a king, the head of the family, and the leader of the pack. That's why you should get up from that ground and stand tall and proud like a lion, King of the Jungle."

She is right. There are people who want me to succeed, people that believe in me, and people that love me. My mother, My peerage, and heck even my cousin Rias believe in me.

I slowly stand up and walk in front of Mo-dono, and give me my hand for a handshake.

"Thank you, Mo-dono, and that was a good fight."

"Heh! You are welcome, and that is also a good fight. Come here if you want to have a sparring match once again."

"I will!"
