_after a while of singing and dancing they eventually ran out of songs and the charm enchant weared off and as it did a really noticeable big guy came out of their base and got dangerously closer and closer. Now both Marco and Heishi were sweating _

The base was gigantic: it expanded for 10 levels deep each level approximately 20m high and 4 square km big , each level with a different research facility , except the last two , one being the prison and the last the inhabited quarters . It was all seeable through the first floor because they were all built in a ring-like manner with an empty circular space in the middle , with a radius of approximately 500m . At the opposite side of the entrace you could see the column where the elevators moved , 10 of them each 5 square meters wide , instead of a big one that would be clearly inefficient. All pf the structure magically powered by an electricity magic stone reactor at the bottom of the empty circle area _

The architects were against our boss's researches and wanted to ban them , so the empire decided to give us a hand in exchange for other researches the architects held close , so we stole them in secret and because of the explicit alliance we made with the empire short after cyberspace could not chase us , because that would've meant declaring war to them , and , well , cyberspace really hates wars in every way, so they just settled with putting a bounty on our heads should we ever show up again even near cyberspace. And of course we're not planning to do that , it would be just stupid to try the patience of an architect, figures 12 , those guys are all 4th ascension , they could alone assault the empire wasn't it for the 4th ascension guys they got
