Sweet like Chocolate
"You're late!" I was surprised when I entered the room, I was still holding my chest in shock, I stared at Merrow— one of my friends, an Architecture student also. she said she wants to take a trilled course, that's why she took up BS -Architecture, she laughed out loud when she saw the reaction on my face.
"Step a side! you are scare me like fucking hell." I pushed her softly so I could enter the room.
"It was so hilarious Holyrayne Nazneen Yap." I close my eyes when she mention my full name, here we are again! She will not stop until it pissed me off. "And why are you with Frank huh? Selene saw you earlier, boyfriend?" She asked me directly, I immediately frown at her.
"What are you saying? " I also asked back. She followed me to my seat, she was seated next to me so she would not let me go, she stared at me meaningfully, my professor came in and started lecturing, it save me for Merrow questioning look, 'thanks God' I just listened to the discussion until the end of our morning class.
"Let's go to the cafeteria, I'm so hungry!" Merrow immediately pulled me up on my seat. When we arrived at the cafeteria, we looked for Astra and she wave her hands at us , we went straight to their table and greet them.
"what's up biatch." Erl greeted us.
"You are the bitchy one here." Merrow replied to her, she just laughed and look at me.
"What?" I asked when she look at me strangely and meaningfully.
"I saw you with Captain of basketball earlier, urgh so sweet!" She tease me while smirking.
"Hey now I remember it. You owe us an explanation!" Merrow exaggerated said and look at me, Astra's frown, obviously confused.
"You know what fuckers! I said we were just got along in our way in the CAET building, engineering and architecture are in same building, we will probably be got along" I explain it with irritation.
"Wow! engineering and architecture are in a different floors. What is it? Frank just wants to roam around in the whole building?" Merrow asked again.
"And he reached the sixth floor huh! All I know, his room is in the third floor, yet he roam to the sixth floor. Now I'm curious!" Erl tease me again.
"You and Frank have something?" Astra asked so loud. I cover my face because of the embarrassment, a lot of people probably heard Astra. She is a walking megaphone 'oh my God!, I look at them and the bitches were still smiling at me.
"Just take our orders!" I pushed Erl and Merrow away, they laugh again and left me with Astra in our table.
"So! What a good news." Astra still smiling at me.
"Stop it Astra ! There's no malice with my that, shut it up ok."I muttered.
"Ohhhkay!" She said that teasingly. After our lunch we went back to our room, Astra took accountancy while Erl is taking BS chemistry so we only met lunch, sometimes were not! we're friends since highschool so we have the same stupid ass.
"Okay class that's all for today, past your plate the day after tomorrow." Our professor came out, that was our last subject in the afternoon class, I was already hungry so I quickly put my belongings in my bag before standing up and immediately pulled Merrow out of the building.
"Hurry up Merrow I'm hungry, let's go eat in Mcdo."
"OMG let's go." We went down in the building and I saw Frank walking in the corridor, I closed my eyes tightly and curse before I walk so fast.
"Wait, hey wait! Just stop it Rayne. Slow dow ~~~ owww hello captain Frank." Merrow shout in the hallway. I rolled my eyes and bite the inside of my cheek to keep from getting bored, I was already hungry, Frank walk to us and he even talk to Merrow.
"Hey how are you?" Frank asked, I didn't answer him. I don't know even know who he was asking and I don't care.
"It's fine but I feel like I'm dying in Archi." Merrow answered him.
"HAHAHA crazy! you only have two years in archi. Fighting!." Frank cheer her up..
"It's good that I have a classmate and a friend with the honor of Cum Laude, I will not gonna fail in archi." Merrow answered him again and look at me.
"What?" I ask boringly to Merrow.
"Oh I forgot, I'm going to buy a canvas and brush." Merrow suddenly said "I'll go ahead Rayne we'll see tomorrow, Frank go with my friend to eat, she's hungry" she added before ran away from us. I was shocked when Merrow left me with Frank. 'What should I do now?'
"Where do you want to eat?" Frank asked me.
"I'm not hungry!" I answered promptly. I was about to turn my back on him when my tummy rang, I close my eyes in shame and bit my finger, I heard his weak laugh before he pulled me out of the campus, we were not talking he was just pulling me like a child across the overpass, I was shocked when I saw were near in Mcdo, 'wait a minute! Why we're walking, I have a motor!' I finally thought of that when we were already in front of Mcdo we enter in the fast food and he asked me for a table so he could order for us.
I sat down near to the window, later on he came with the tray containing of our order.
"This is for you." he give me a mc. float, rice, fried chicken and spaghetti.
"Thank you." I bow my head a little. He just give me a cute laugh and we started eating.
"How are you? Didn't you have a hard time in your class?" He asked me while looking at his foods. My eyebrows rose up because of his question, 'what is he? My Dad?'
"It's ok, Still fine!" I answered him.
"Did you always talk sparingly? Even in your interviews when you have a game huh Ms. MVP?" He asked obviously teasing.
"Tsk! What do you want me to say? What's up people, I'm the MVP. Something like that?" I asked him. He just laughed at me, I stare at his face which amazed how he laugh, he has this charisma that really appealing to everyone eyes, perfect jaw line, small lips, perfect pair of brown eyes and perfect nose, wow!
"Done admiring my face?" I was stunned by his question, I just shook my head and didn't answer him.
"Your eyes are so beautiful Holyrayne Nazneen Yap." He was smiling while staring straight into my eyes.
"And then?" I asked him, holding back my breath and force myself to refrain my smile in front of him.
"Nothing! I just said it's beautiful!" He answered immediately and continue eating. I frowned after a second I shook my head and ate, hello I'm hungry food is more important duh.
"Are you done?" I looked at his plate and was surprised, he finish it so fast 'maybe he was also hungry? Or he just ate really fast.
"Wait." I answer him and hurried eating my foods because he was staring at me intently.
"Done?" He asked again when he saw my empty plate. I drank my float and nodded to him in response.
"Let's go!" I walk with him while patting the chocolate under the ice, I still poking that straw to get it, I was stunned by the laughter in front of me.
"I'll just buy you chocolate instead of poking it." I stop what I'm doing and frowned, he pull me while still laughing softly, 'that devil.' He pulled me to a store, I finally notice that he bought dairy milk and handed it to me after paying it.
"Eat it up, little rabbit." He laughed. I roll my eyes but deep inside I'm so happy, 'because it is foods.' We walked back to school, my motorbike and his car were there. When we arrived at the parking lot I stop and look at him.
"Thank you for the snacks." I smile, he was stunned and stare at me intently so I avoided my gaze at him. I'm shy as fuck.
"No prob. Next time again." He said as he caught my gaze.
"Do you have training?" I asked and look at him again at the same time avoiding that gaze of him.
"Yeah!." He still catches my gaze with a smile as I look at him.'why is he still here? I can't even look at him for too long.' I winced and cursed him at my mind. Maybe be noticed that I was counted so he stop staring at me and averted his gaze.
"All right, I'm leaving." he said and rub his nape . See you when I see you Ms. MVP" he smiled again.
"Don't say that, I might not be the MVP again this season."he laughed and stared at me for a moment.
"All right then it's Ms. Architect, bye Architect!" He even wink at me and wave his hand before he walk away. 'Phew!' I took a deep breath before riding on my motorbike. That guy scare me. I turned on my motor and went home.
