BUTCH'S POV

The sun was just beginning to rise when my phone buzzed with an urgent message. I rubbed my eyes, shaking off the remnants of sleep as I read the text. One of my men had found the guy who had attacked Elena.

I grabbed my jacket and headed to the location, a small, nondescript building a few blocks from the hotel. As I arrived, I saw two of my men standing guard outside.

"He's inside," one of them said, nodding towards the door. "Tried to make a run for it, but we got him."

I pushed open the door, my eyes locking onto the figure tied to a chair in the middle of the room. The guy looked up, fear and defiance flickering in his eyes.

"Who sent you?" I demanded, my voice cold and hard.

The guy smirked, but there was a hint of fear in his eyes. "I don't know what you're talking about."

I stepped closer, my fists clenching. "You attacked Elena. Who sent you?"
