In the nightclub

A deafening music welcomed them as soon as they walked into the club. They just arrived but regrets had washed over Phoenix as soon as she saw the crowd, and the flashing lights inside that place.

This is one of the hottest clubs in City M, and it is always crowded with people especially on Friday nights like this.

Several eyes were on them when they walked in as both of them were looking attractive. Mia had a short red bodycon dress that hugged her figure perfectly with a smoky eyeshadow and bold red lipstick while Phoenix donned in all black tight skinny jeans, sleeveless top, leather jacket and ankle boot.

Mia, who was holding Phoenix's hand pulled her towards the back of the club where there's booths for people to sit. There's only one empty booth that was available and they had no choice but to sit there.

"I didn't see Sis Tiana. Maybe she hadn't arrived yet. You sit here and let me call her and ask where she is."
