Mr Roman who'd been quiet all this while was the one who spoke.
He had been silent not because he didn't want Eve to tell that story but because he knew if he acted irrationally Mr Calhoun would see how biased he was between his two children. But Genevieve was taking it too far with her story, she was trying to open an old wound and for that he wasn't going to just sit back and let her do it.
