Chapter 87 - Relaxing Day

Another day, another chapter. I'm lucky it's a holiday today and allows me to make another chapter. Anyway, I want to say again that I am going to be busy with college because we will do some Research, Game developing and Animation short films so my time will be occupied with this.

But worry not, I will try to do my best to post a chapter to this and Crimson Monarch. By the way, any suggestions for this fic?

There'll be some Original arcs with Original Character soon so hope you mind them. That aside, enjoy this chapter.

11:10 Am Japan, Mato, 9th Unit dormitory

Heading inside the 9th unit dormitory found that the place was rather clean and pristine, most likely taken care of by some cleaning service as the place was akin to the headquarters but was slightly smaller. He somewhat tried to ignore the fact that Tobera was smirking and clinging to him. 

Yuuki was unsure how to feel being a father even though everything was the heat of the moment and felt that it was a huge responsibility and a huge step in his life. He did have a decent life and few women in his previous life but it was mostly releasing pent up stress. Yuuki was irresponsible and irrational at that time and never thought of starting a family occupied by his instating thirst for battle. 

Yuuki does have the power and resources to support them and doesn't remove that feeling of uncertainty, especially how these women were carrying part of him. He does feel awkward that it would be Fubuki's sister and also step daughter if she truly starts a committed relationship with Yuuki. Even more for Yachiho and Himari. 

"You've gotten even stronger, boy?" Tobera noticed the spike of lifeform that is almost akin to a pillar at the huge amount that he has that she has been absorbing and storing some into her, placing a small amount to the growing life within her. 

"It is what I got during my fight with Fubuki-san, notice I'm not wearing a headband." Yuuki pointed to his forehead, making her nod.

"Well, that was an inhibitor that traps my energy causing it to condense then once released would  increase its quality allowing my strength to become stronger." He explained that surprised Tobera then laughed patting his back.

"Hahaha as expected of you! Always has ways to become stronger. Well, thanks to it I'm able to quicken the process of our child." Tobera carelessly said unbothered by the rumors of her being pregnant and carrying the child of the only man with an ability. Though, only a fool would try to challenge a former commander. Tenka flinched, hearing it slightly annoyed but didn't think too much and would ask Yuuki for a dozen children in the future.

"Right, I trust you already know how to handle yourself but be careful." Yuuki felt awkward trying to convey his genuine feelings. He may be carefree and laidback at times but when it's come to it will have moments of being awkward. He is still human and has his flaws and insecurities. Even knowing other people's emotions through his ability can't help him when he's sincere and honest. 

"Hahahah don't worry, I can fight and work without problems like how I was pregnant with Fubuki." Tobera was entertained seeing him act like a normal young boy and started to like him even more. She has a soft spot for young men and enjoyed seeing the contrasting demeanor of him when fighting and acting upon his feelings. 

"Still, I need to run some tests since we would never know how it could affect you and the child knowing I'm a man with an ability." It was half truth since Yuuki's intention was to see how Viltrumite develops to human offspring and if possible to turn them into pure blood Viltrumite. 

"You may be right. I know some doctors and we can visit them together with Fubuki." Tobera suggested while Yuuki shook his head.

"Actually, I have my own laboratory to conduct the test and it's a lot more advanced. Remember I'm the owner of [ Star Nova Company ] and most of the technology was made by me." Yuuki's words surprised them and made Tobera appreciate that she didn't let him go and took the chance. 

"How the hell can you be a genius and that strong? Did you use drugs or something?" Homare couldn't take it anymore and decided to join their conversation. She was shocked and annoyed that he has abilities, skills and is now a scientist!? Is he even human anymore!?

"Luck, I guess. My hard work and talent is simply because of luck." Yuuki won't lie that without being selected then he won't have any power and talent to contend against the other contestant beside his natural talent and experience back on his previous life.

"Luck, my ass. I know you're hiding something." Homare said wanted to find what makes him special and uncover the truth while Yuuki simply smiled.

"Of course I have some secrets but I eventually tell you once I get to you better." Yuuki made them even more curious beside Tenka that was noticed by Tobera who was more perceptive than Homare.

'Interesting, she knows his secret. Maybe Himari and the rest of the 6th unit knows. Well, there's no rush and doubt he'll do something that could harm our child.' Tobera didn't think too hard, trusting her intuition and years of experience on how to take actions. 

"Want to go on a date?" Yuuki asked if there won't be any harm in taking her on a date besides that he still needs to take Ivory on a date. Homare was surprised by the question and felt a little bit flustered. She never got any man to ask her on date as they are too afraid of her status and knows that she acts scary that drives people away but at that time she doesn't have any interest in them and is more fixated on surpassing the main family branch.

'Wouldn't this be the perfect chance to show I'm better than those from the main branch!?' Homare thought to herself was still competing against the others and wanted to prove that she's better than them by somehow making Yuuki abandon them. Not that it's possible and clearly didn't know what kind of man Yuuki is now. 

"Sure, whatever. Just don't take me to a boring ass place." Homare acted like the other Azuma who have Tsundere syndrome that made Yuuki chuckle.

"Don't forget you'll still own me, Yuuki-kun." Tenka speaks up trying to tease him.

"Sure, I'll set up a date for that." Yuuki made her smile as they continued their way until arriving where inside were Fubuki and Maia.

"Oh, it's only been a day and you've already decided to visit us?" Fubuki said pleasantly surprised that he decided to visit them. She wondered if he was always this free to be able to go around and visit them. It was surprising that a certain impulse made her more attracted to him and have a connection before concluding it might be because of their child. 

"Hehehe~ It's thanks to Tenka that I'm able to travel around and visit." Yuuki glanced at the 6th unit chief who smiled hearing his gratitude and Fubuki nodded and gave an appreciative gaze at her. 

"Well, is there anything I could do for you?" She asked.

"Right, have you girls eaten lunch yet?" His question perplexed the two women then realized the reason for his visit after he took out the bento box from a pocket dimension storage. 

"Wow, where did you store all of this?" Maia was surprised that he was able to take out items from seemingly thin air while Homare acted as reserve but got hungrier the moment she smelled the food and Tobera was eager to devour the food but was held by Yuuki.

"Hey, let go! Didn't you make these for us?" Tobera was stubborn, which made Yuuki wonder if her mind regressed but dismisses the idea. 

"Calm down, it won't go away. But anyway, it's because of my bracelet that has a small Pocket dimension applying a similar method to that pocket world back in your estate that I readjust. I've upgraded it after it was obliterated during our fight along with my headband inhibitors." Yuuki explained and Fubuki perked up hearing the inhibitors.

"I guess you were still holding back during our fight then." Fubuki wasn't that surprised as she could sense that he became a lot more dangerous. The combat power of his improved technique and insane physical prowess was perfectly balanced that made him extremely dangerous even without either one. 

Like her who continuously grows every fight as if she evolved and can be considered a hidden ability of hers. Yuuki can sense that even being pregnant made the 9th chief even more dangerous. 

'Is her ability also grants accelerated growth?' Yuuki pondered as Azuma seemed extremely gifted and talented except Himari. Their mother possessed the tenacious character of Himari and the vast talent of Yachiho while the temperment of Maia. She was almost the perfect Azuma. 

'I should really stop relying on the manga I've read considering my existence could have caused a ripple of effect.' Yuuki thought to himself having witnessed how the abilities of the Eight Thunder God were vastly different from the story he read. Even Reiran the first one he was both most likely stronger than he showed and simply was too over confident that caused him to lose that easily. 

"By the way, I wonder if you're fine with Mexican food?" He said finally letting them opened the bento boxes that made them salivate and Tobera first one to take a bite. 

"Goodness~ you're really something else. This is really delicious." Tobera took another bite while the other followed amaze yet again to his cooking. Tenka joined them having taken her bento knowing Yuuki would joined them.

"Is it alright to share the recipe with me? I can see that it's a high nutritious despite how flavor it is." Maia asked having a hard time finding recipe for meal prep that keep her body at top shape. 

"Sure thing but I don't usually share recipe, how about we go on date the next time your free?" Yuuki smirked and Maia slightly blush but agreed with his terms.

"I don't see any problem and I do like to know more about you." Maia said while Homare curse under her breath in annoyances but she swore that their date is going to be better than Maia. Fubuki wondered if she should also asked for a date with Yuuki.

"Right, I mention this to Tobera earlier but you'll have check up with me since I have medical license. Being man with an ability might cause some complication for the child." Yuuki explained and Fubuki nodded.

"Is that so? Well, I was about to ask the same thing as you did with my daughter but you seem going to be quite busy." Fubuki wasn't one who could get jealous nor emotionally attach since she is a lot mature than them. 

"Well, I can always let my clone do my works anyway to allow us to go on date next time your free." Yuuki said since he let his clones train but not all the time since he didn't want to rely too much on it. Fubuki nodded seemingly unfazed but deep down was happy and was like open book to Yuuki. 

"How about Tobera? Anything you'll like to go or do?" Yuuki asked continued eat their meal thinking on ways to improved it. Tobera thought for a moment considering it's been a long time since she had date and only one person who she took interest because he was strong. 

"Not much, but I guess you could visit Azuma Estate again and spend our time there, maybe show me how your martial art works." Tobera said having no particular preference. 

"Yeah, how the hell did you attack me that fast as if a circle appeared below you." Homare recalled the attack that was too quick and precise to even notice. 

"Oh, you mean CQC? My father taught me that and helped me develop a better version." Yuuki recalled his father was retired military veteran who was skilled and frankly a better combatant than his previous father. The two has two different style one is that his previous father mastered [ Krav Maga ] and doesn't hold back when training him while his current father trained him on [ CQC ] that quick take down focusing in disabling and ending a fight without causing much damage to the opponent unlike the former who focus on causing as much damage. This is why his sister is a capable fighter having been trained in martial arts by his father. 

"Interesting, I'm curious what kind of man your fighter is to make you this strong. But I'm more interested in [ Renewal Taekwondo ] and that [ Ultra Instinct ] thing." Tobera wondered if she could make future generations learn them and make their family even stronger. Not only would they have incredible talent but skilled combatant as well. 

"I see well I guess I can—" It was then he sensed a large number of Shuuki heading their way with a particular one stronger than the rest. His sudden pause caught everyone wondering why he suddenly stopped.
