These bipedal giants would use their long, thick bodies to incapacitate him, attempting to crush his legs or even bury him alive in the sand-covered floor. Their usual method of killing their pray was a bit odd, but Kane didn't dwell on that for long.
However, Kane had a plan to counter these dangerous encounters. Just before the lizards could fully execute their attacks, he swiftly enhanced his sword with mana, infusing it with an extra layer of power. With a deft and precise throw, his blade found its mark, slicing through the air and connecting with the monsters' heads. The result was swift and brutal; the enhanced weapon easily severed their heads, ending the threat posed by these creatures.
"Level eighteen already… maybe it is because of the number of encounters and the difficulty of the fights, but I am leveling up too fast," Kane thought. "It has been only five hours…"
