"My daughter is what you might call a horrible and intolerable child that is next to impossible to get to do anything or to listen. I ask that you take good care of her if you decide to take her on. Her mother wanted nothing to do with her, and I have not been able to handle her," Windorf explained, and I gave him a raised eyebrow.
If you weren't able to do it, what makes you think that I will?" I asked, and Windorf nodded his head.
"I don't think you will, but Mex does, and he is one of the very few people's opinions that I respect and will listen to. Mex believes that you are something different, and all of our tickets back to Gardania. Once we are back there, I will ask you to find the mother and try to talk some sense into her!" Windorf said while shaking his fist, but I shook my head to the last part.
