Days passed like this

Hiro and Zerotwo saw Yami's new bounty a few days ago and read their news report. Apparently Big news Morgan didn't skimp out on any details, saying how Hiro and Zerotwo dethroned Kaido and Big Mom like they were kids. Hiro and Zerotwo got another Billion added to their bounty and were both Throned as Emperors.

The duo were smiling at Yami and Yachiru's bounties.

Hiro and Zerotwo were travelling around and adding the abandoned Islands to the small island in Hiro's hand, building an Island by themselves. They passed by and picked up slaves as well as homeless people, bringing them onto the ship as they sailed around.

Hiro placed the giant island down in the sea, connecting it to the seafloor before bringing the slaves and rescued people on it. The island itself was in the shape of a Cherry Blossom petal. The central circle section was empty, one of the petals was the sweets land with a city on it, another was a forest section with treehouses and an entire city on the canopies.

The other 3 sections were blank.

Hiro and Zerotwo clothed and fed the people on the island before going to the 3 blank sections. Hiro smiled "What do you think, love?" Zerotwo hummed and said "We have candy land, forest-ville, what about mountain-city?" Hiro smiled funnily and said "Weird naming scheme." she giggled "I like it!"

Hiro smiled and said "Want to help?" she nodded happily and they floated into the air, manipulating the section of land however they wanted, making a mountainous region. Hiro said "What if we make houses INSIDE the mountains?" Zerotwo said "Like mole people?" he paused and mumbled "Yeah that was dumb..." she giggled and said "Who cares? Let's do it!"

Hiro smiled excitedly and they made houses inside the mountains, on the mountains, and they even flattened a mountain, making a city on top of it.

Resources flowed out from Hiro's inventory like chips as they were being used constantly. He didn't care, he was having fun with Zerotwo. They made more towns on the mountains and made bridges connecting them to each other. The mountains were populated with grass, trees, flowers, and there was even a waterfall down the middle, leading to the sea.

Hiro made a filtration system and cleansed the water that pooled in a crater, letting it flow down the mountains. Zerotwo had a great idea and made one of the towns a hot springs town, Hiro helped her clean the water for the hot springs and kept it heated with magical means, enchanting the rocks under the hot springs to be perpetually hot.

He even added water he stole from Tenjirou to make it a magical hot spring.

Hiro and Zerotwo decided to steal a bit from Water 7 and separated the 5 'petals' and the center with canals, letting the sea water flow into them. They were wider so big ships could come in, they set up docks on the insides of the petals with little towns around.

The center was surrounded by a ring of water with bridges arcing over the canals for people to water on. They worked together and built a modern city in the center point. There were roads, lamps, houses, schools, shops, hotels, etc.

In the middle of the center area, there was a massive spiraling castle. Hiro went deep underground and built an arc reactor, connecting the power up to the island before covering the reactor with an iron shell and then a ton of condensed rocks.

They connected the power everywhere and told the people what was going on, they were happy. Hiro and Zerotwo started working on the 4th 'petal', Zerotwo decided that this one will be a desert section.

They changed the landscape to a desert before populating the land with several towns and cities, some sand dunes, Oases, etc. The desert area was just as nice as the other places, the cities were beautiful and had a different style than the others. Just because it was a desert didn't mean that people wouldn't want to live there. It had it's own perks too!

The cities were not deserts, but had ample room for farms and even room for animals.

They moved to the next one and Zerotwo didn't know what to make it. Hiro told her they could make it whatever she wanted because they were capable of that. Even if she wanted a place where it rained, snowed, and was Hot and Cold at the same time, they could do it.

Her eyes shined and she said "Can we make it float?!" Hiro blinked and smiled warmly, saying "Sure." he stomped on the ground and the entire 5th 'petal' flew into the air above the rest and clearly visible to around sailing around.

Hiro hummed to himself and waved his hands, releasing clouds that flew up and condensed together before nestling under the 'petal', making it seem 'dreamy'.

Hiro looked serious and 'let go' of the 'petal', the island sank a bit before getting held up by the clouds. Hiro flew into the air and went into the clouds, decreasing the weight of the petal itself so that it would nestle in the clouds without endangering the people below.

He smiled to himself and went down to see Zerotwo making a water city under the floating petal. He smiled and threw lights into the clouds, making them shine down on the water city, lighting the city up. He configured them to dim when the sun went down so that the people wouldn't be in endless 'sunlight'.

He flew down and helped Zerotwo, who smiled cutely at him, noticing that he did the lights above for her. He smiled and made lamps around the water city before looking at the floating petal. He rubbed his chin and made an elevator made of clouds that would carry people up and down.

Zerotwo finished on the water city and came to help Hiro before they both moved on to the floating petal and building cities on there as well.

When they were done, they planted a giant flag on top of the castle, that had a blue and red Oni symbol on it. They named the island 'Dream Flower Island'. After Hiro made sure everything was ready, Zerotwo released the time bubble around the island and the mist cleared revealing the island to the rest of the world.
