There are 5 known technological stages:

- First Technological stage : The civilization which have not yet reached the possibility of space travel ! Example : The Republic of Tyo

-Second Technological Stage : Civilizations mastering the travel at the speed of light, which can travel from one system to another relatively quickly !

-Third Technological Stage : The Civilization Mastering the Subluminal Speed, which can travel from a point to another of the same sector of the galaxy ! Example: The United Federation of Planets

.

-The Fourth Technological Stage : The Civilization mastering the Wormholes, immense instellar empire regrouping tens to hundreds of thousands of solar system ! Example : The Zetark empire

The Fifth Technological Stage : The Civilization able to travel from one galaxy to another, this stage was strictly theoretical, no known civilization could travel between galaxies!

Obviously this technological stage does not only define the speed of movement in the galaxy, it includes a whole set of military, social, architectural and cultural elements. But it is the propulsion technologies that define the global technological level of the civilization and therefore, by extension, its threat level.

Appearance : Humanoid covered in scales with a long reptile-like musk.
