Lin Yun spent the next hour looking at the forums and grind guides to find out about the best places to level up, but if they are the best, it is normal for more players to be there, so they are no longer the best because of the competition.
(Whenever a new grinding guide is published, the place is crowded with players, so it's not worth it. In the Blood Race kingdom, there are many good grinding places for characters of my level, but leveling up at locations level 40 or 50 is a huge waste of time. Since my character can defeat targets above level 100, but below 150, the best alternative is the dungeons, to increase the quality of the drops, I will try the dungeons in Expert difficulty. Even without any equipment, my stats should be enough to handle the creatures inside the dungeons.) Lin Yun watched the tutorials of the dungeons near Gray Stains City that were level 100 or above.
(Expert difficulty is no different from normal difficulty, the only thing that changes is the power of the creatures and the skills they have. From level 200 onwards, Expert difficulty has some deadly puzzles and it is almost impossible to clear the dungeon with just a player. I think I'm going to think about what to do after reaching level 200 or 250. The next few months will be like the days of old MMOs, going to dungeons more than twenty times a day just to level up as fast as possible and try to catch some good equipment for the character.)
Looking at himself in the character window, Lin Yun realized that so far, since he started playing, there was only one piece of equipment other than the initial one, the Steel Glove, something that was broken some time ago during training.
So, he was only using his bare hands and didn't even have shoes.
If any other player looked at Lin Yun, they would think he was some beggar on the street because he had nothing but a cloth shirt and pants.
The remaining thirty gold coins were going to be used on the Dungeon Transport Stone and buy some cooking ingredients.
"Choose Dungeon"
A large list of the names of the dungeons in the region governed by the Blood Race appeared on the screen for Lin Yun.
The dungeon chosen was Sinister Wolf's Lair, a level 100 dungeon located in the region not far from Blood Iron Fortress.
When he leaves the dungeon, the city he will return to is Blood Iron Fortress.
Lin Yun blocked the location and level so that his friends couldn't see what he was doing, to avoid unnecessary surprises for them.
The only person left without any blocks is his younger brother, as he wouldn't ask what Lin Yun was doing, even though he was curious about it.
When he touches the chosen name, a light covers him and transports him to the entrance.
At the entrance, more than a thousand players spread out shouting in search of a party for the dungeon or offering healing, tanking, or damage services, there were even sellers scattered around.
"I'm a level 90 hunter and my specialty is critical shots!!! I'm looking for a party!!!"
"I'm a level 110 tank!!!!"
"I'm a level 99 ice mage!!!!"
…
Lin Yun naturally didn't care about the shouting because he didn't need to care about joining a party, even if it increased Exp by 50% when it was complete with five players.
Tapping the dimly glowing stone with carved runes, the system warned.
"Choose the Difficulty"
Easy - Normal - Hard - Expert
"Normal" Lin Yun would start with normal difficulty to learn more about the dungeon, the tutorials teach very well, but he still lacks experience and knowledge of the dungeon's inner.
So it's always good to be careful.
"Are you sure?" The system always asks before confirming.
"Try."
"You and your party entered the Sinister Wolves' Lair on Normal Difficulty"
The portal was cleared for him to pass through.
Crossing over, a new world appeared before his eyes.
The first sight that presented itself to players was a series of tall and narrow corridors, with stone walls covered in carved designs that seemed endless.
As they advanced through the corridors, a growing murmur could be heard, a murmur that, at first glance, could be mistaken for the distant howl of the wind. However, it was not the wind that haunted those corridors, but rather the Sinister Wolves, cursed creatures.
The Sinister Wolves were not wolves as the name implies, but werewolves as tall as an adult human with silver fur, their eyes sparkling with an unearthly malice, emanating from their large bodies. Their footsteps were silent, and they moved as fast as a ghost in the darkness hunting any intruder who dared enter their territory. Their howls echoed through the halls like a warning, a symphony of terror that signaled the approach of death.
As players advanced deeper into the dungeon, they could feel the presence of the big boss of the Sinister Wolves' Lair, the feared Urric, Lord of the Silver Wolves.
Its roar reverberates through the halls to the beginning of the dungeon, shaking the ground beneath his feet. In the final hallway, the lair where Urric, Lord of the Silver Wolves, waited opened, revealing his appearance, a wolf as big as a small house with cruel eyes and razor-sharp teeth as sharp as a sword. The silver fur gleams in the dim light of the torches on the walls.
After watching the tutorials, Lin Yun already knew what challenges he would face inside the dungeon.
At first glance, looking at the hallway before him, a pack of five Sinister Wolves are seen walking together in a block shape.
Sinister Wolf - Level 100
The normal difficulty of the dungeon is the basic difficulty, where the creatures inside have no change in their status, skills, or Exp. In the easy difficulty, there is a thirty percent reduction in status and fifty percent less Exp.
"It's time to start the tests" Lin Yun closed his eyes to relax and clear the random thoughts before opening them again.
stomp!!!!
"Run"
The movement speed is as fast as an athlete running in a track and field competition.
Points in the AGI attribute and Steps of the Winds drastically increase movement speed.
"AUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!" Upon reaching ten meters away, aggro was generated, and the five werewolves howled at the same time before charging neatly toward Lin Yun.
Two in the front and three in the back.
STOMP!!!! PANG!!! PANG!!!!
Reaching three meters away, Lin Yun forcefully stomped the ground using his thrusting leg while the other leg stayed behind, leaping forward at high speed, his body flew forward while the other leg made the kicking move.
PANG!!!! PANG!!!
