Reaching the Goal
To understand the situation of a level 24 or higher cultivator, imagine a street that has a drainage system, but under certain circumstances, it could be flooded.
For example, one of the drainage points might be full of garbage and other things that prevent it from absorbing all the water that reaches it. As a result, after a heavy storm, it might become blocked and unable to absorb the water.
Cultivators felt something similar to this situation when they reached level 24. There was water or energy for them to absorb, but for various reasons, which they didn't understand, they couldn't absorb that spirituality to progress.
Without someone to 'clean out' the 'garbage' on them that prevented them from absorbing that 'water,' they couldn't move forward even though there was something to absorb.
