The interrogation

Two days after the kidnap attempt and lunch party at Eric Wu's house, in one of the rooms located underground of Hillside Villa, a man was seen sitting in front of four badly injured men. A chuckle left his mouth when he saw their eyes contracted in fear.

"J-just k-kill u-s," one man spoke in a slurred voice. Saliva was leaving his mouth as he had no control over his jaw. However, the man he talked to simply responded with a sly smile on his face.

"Yes, just kill us!" another man shouted. Although he was scared, the will to fight was still there, albeit not much.

"Why should I? The four of you are good entertainment," the man spoke in an excited tone. Those who listened would think that he was delighted. Yet, the sight of his face would make them spew words of curses on how wrong they have been. This man was indeed joyful, but his brownish eyes were now tinted with the color of blood.

"W-we have nothing. E-everything was a mistake," another man spoke. His left hand was holding his other arm who apparently incomplete. Drops of fresh blood fell onto the floor. Every drop seemed to intensify the looked of pain in his face.

"Indeed. You have said the same thing from the first day you came in. But, why can't I find any data about the four of you? I've spent day and night to find the slightest information, but you're just...nonexistent. That's too bizarre, you think? --- ahh, that's why you want to be killed?" the man looked enlightened. He looked at them with a smile that seemed to never leave his face.

The four injured men cowered when their eyes met with his. One man was now trembling uncontrollably as foul-smelling urine was seen pooled underneath his pants. He recalled how the man smiled when he shot him in the shoulder two days ago. He was doing it with pure ecstasy.

"P-please, just kill me," he trembled even wilder. Eyes were no longer looking straight. He was still alive but his eyes had lost all hope. The feeling of fear was replaced with a lifeless gaze. This man kept on saying 'kill me' many times.

No one of the four injured men realized that the man sitting on the chair had secretly sighed in relief. No longer was the evil appearance he executed a while ago. However, it was only momentary for no one caught sight of this. When they stole a look at him all they saw was the face of the devil.

"You really want to die?" they heard the man asked amusedly.

"Yes, k-kill me," the man who peed the floor answered weakly yet hopeful. Hopeful that his wish to die would be fulfilled.

"I'll kill you with one condition," the man chuckled.

Hearing his response, the man who begged to be killed looked up. "R-really?" he asked. His face looked as innocent as a child, asking the man to kill him as if dying was the sweetest candy in the entire universe.

"Yes," the man sitting on the chair replied. He smiled gently to the man whose eyes were clinging on him.

"W-what is it?!" the man asked almost shouting. He pulled himself closer while resisting the hands and voices of his teammates who asked him not to move further in front.

The man who was sitting comfortably suddenly rose from the chair he sat on. He walked towards the man who was smiling with anticipation.

"Tell me who you really are? And why are you trying to kidnap Ryan Lim?" the man whispered, ensuring that the rest didn't hear him.

"Hehehe... t-this is easy. I-I don't have a name. The organization called me M. They are N, O, and P. Ryan Lim was the little boy, right? Hehehe... he is v-very important for Master Y-yang the 13th," the man answered as he kept on laughing. The other three stared at their comrade with eyes in disbelieve. They wanted to shut his mouth but seeing the eyes of the man beside him, they could only swallow their intention.

"I-I've told you everything. N-now please k-kill me," the man begged. However, the other man simply stared at him with mocking eyes. He scoffed and said: "Living is better than dying," Then, he walked out of the room without looking back. However, the aura he unleashed as he walked out of the room almost suffocate the four people to death. The terrified look in their eyes was almost gone. One more man had fallen into despair as he kept begging for someone to grant him death.

"President!" Tao saw Eric Wu entered the surveillance room. He looked at the man with wary eyes, afraid to look straight to the eyes that beguilingly scary. Just now, he had witnessed the man manipulated the criminals' mind until two submitted to him. Scratch that! Two were now living corpses. Tao shivered.

"Boss," there was another man in the room aside from Tao. He bowed to Eric Wu and stood erect without moving an inch.

"Ekon," Eric Wu looked at the man who was standing like a soldier in front of him.

"Yes, boss!" Ekon, the man that was referred to answered without moving from his current position. Even his eyes remained looking at the same spot. His rigid manner awed Tao who was standing three steps away from him.

"Inform the team in Kastache to stop looking for the Prince. Tell them their new official task is to watch Yang Wang every move and make a report every 24 hours," he said. His voice was gruff, and his brows were drawn together in a frown. Yet, the brownish eyes of his twinkled in excitement.

Ekon finally responded with a slight movement of his head.

"Boss is it...?" he didn't finish his sentence as he saw his boss's eyes of confirmation.

"Right away boss!" Ekon saluted and was ready to leave the room, but was stopped by Eric Wu.

"Bring Tao along. Explain to him about everything. Don't worry he had signed a life and death contract with me," Eric Wu snickered as he looked at Tao who appeared to be at a loss since the minute he entered the room.

"Yes, boss!" Ekon responded as he pulled Tao's hand to follow him. Tao who was pulled along had a baffled expression on his face. W-what is happening?

After the two leave, Eric Wu was left alone in the room. He looked at the big screen in front of him and watched the medic treated the wound of the four injured people in the other room. There was no expression on his face but his eyes glinted differently.

He exhaled as he took out his phone from his pocket. He decided to inform Sun Nan and Lu Fei about the information he had obtained.

"Eric bro!"

"Hello,"

Sun Nan and Lu Fei greeted as soon as their faces appeared on the screen of his phone. He simply nodded.

"Why the video call?" Lu Fei was the first to ask. Sun Nan was seen munching on something.

"I've found the Prince," Eric Wu spoke as he distanced himself from the phone in his hand. He had anticipated the loudness that would follow...

"What!!" the two people who were listening screamed in shock. Sun Nan coughed as the news made him choke on the food he was eating. He disappeared from the screen for a while but soon reappeared with a bottle of water in his hand.

"Your people have found him? Where in Kastache?" Lu Fei asked.

"Bro, four years. We've been searching for four fuckin' years. Shit, finally!" Sun Nan groaned, but his eyes were pleased.

"Not in Kastache. The Prince is here," Eric Wu replied and once again it gave a shock to the people who were listening.

"Really? No wonder we couldn't find him in Kastache. But, why is he here? Wait, have you meet him? Where is he now?" Lu Fei asked rhetorically.

"I've met him. And so are the two of you," Eric Wu heaved out. He thought that what he was about to say was too surreal. He stared at Lu Fei and Sun Nan who was frowning at him.

"Ryan Lim. He is the Prince,"

"W-what?"

"Eric bro, s-seriously?"

Everyone was appalled. No one was speaking for a while.
