Pencil Drawing

<just putting this at the start this chapter is done in the point of view of Nicholas>

Its the second day since I woke up in this hospital, so far I've managed to figure out that I not only am not dead, but that this world is not the one I lived in. This world has all sorts of fantasy creatures, magic, etc. It seems that I've been reincarnated, just like in one of those animes or comics my kids used to love, naturally as a dad I have to know more than my kids in any possible subject, so I know that I am supposed to have some sort of cheat like ability, oh right this world is way more advanced than mine, something like magitech, now as to what I've found out about my new life, my new body is 16 years old, apparently had a severe accident and was unconscious for several months, really frail and very short at only 5,4. I haven't seen my reflection yet so I have no idea how I look, also not one visit since I woke up. A nurse brought by some paper around an hour ago, so I know that this body's name is Lewis Shaw. I should get some rest so they let me out sooner.

I was asleep for about 2 and a half hours, then I got woken up by a nurse bringing me a pencil so I could write the numbers of my next of kin so they could come and collect me, the nurses words, I didn't know any so I didn't write any numbers, the nurse didn't look all too surprised about that though, she seemed a bit disappointed about it, but that's all.

although I kind of expected it, it is still unsettling to have another voice in your head, might as well do what it says.

I grab some paper and the pencil and start to draw, drawing is not my strong suit, as clearly shown by the very badly drawn knight that looks more like some sort of long armed monkey in trousers.

"haha its so funny looking! , I think I'll call it the long armed knight monkey!"

oops did I say that out loud, hopefully no one heard me say that.

<the nurse who was about to walk in POV>

"haha its so funny looking! , I think I'll call it the long armed knight monkey!"

"pfft"

I guess I can ask if he remembers his family members when he's not having fun doodling, after all its not the best thing to be told right after waking up.

ah well back to work.

<several minuets later on her break>

"you where assigned to that coma patient right, what's he look like, I haven't seen him yet?" my college Carol asks like the nosy person she is.

"hmmm well he's about 5,4. long hair for a guy, down to his shoulders, oh right he has brown hair, really pure crystal blue eyes, a really feminine face, but he carries himself with...maturity and there's a certain fierce vibe about him almost like the vibe around the adventurers or veteran knights, but in some very rare cases I've seen him acting his age, like just a few minutes ago, he was giggling at his own drawing, while giving it a name, it was adorable"

<Nicholas/Lewis POV>

okay that's complete bull, I should have level 100000000000 child raising, my kids turned out amazing!!

A young man sleeps on his hospital bed, his drawing from earlier the previous day lies to the side of the bed on a desk, the rooms window is wide open allowing the light from the 3 moons to shine down as the wind flurries its way in to the room, the wind carries the drawing from the desk out into the world through the open window, where the wind takes the drawing is untold, what is known however is that this will have severe consequences.

<elsewhere in the void>

the surroundings around a devilish, venomous being are filled with fire, brimstone, destruction, the being views all of this from the throne of magma, and terror that it sits upon, a smile lightly hangs on its face as it mutters to itself.

"how interesting, it seems my choice was better than I could have imagined, this shall surely bring much chaos, how fun, I cant wait to see what problems arise from you brilliant mistake, Nicholas, how far will you go, that matters not, all that matters is that you keep your new world on edge wondering what strange disaster befalls them next.
