Next on the list besides mana...

'...This egg is still useless'

Ignoring the egg that besides having an accumulation of mana in it had little to no ways for it to be used.

I turned to the rest of the things on the agenda.

I could confidently say that the usage of equipment, besides my own combat prowess was a hard definer of my own strength.

But besides the equipment that I couldn't even craft currently due to severe lack of usable material in this island that had a sparse variety of monsters.

I mean, besides undead being the good majority of monsters here, they didn't drop ores like the Eye of Cthulhu did.

On that note can they even drop ores?

Nevertheless, I could do away the thoughts of making better equipment for myself here.

So the second best thing is to drug myself.

Quite literally doping.

The system catalog had a wide variety of potions that had different effects.

From normal healing potions that I used sometimes in place to heal and was definitely extremely helpful, to the mana potions that were probably useful in rejuvenating my mana.

There were several other potion types, but due to me being an actual dumbass and not realizing the importance of potions earlier, I did not stack up on many of the more common ingredients of a potion.

The only things I could craft with my limited supply were the Lesser healing potions that I realized could be made out of the strange mushrooms I ate in the caves.

Ironskin potions that could be made with literal iron and some dayblooms I scrounged up from who knows where and provided a decent defense buff.

Or instead of using the Dayblooms for Ironskin, I could use them for regeneration potions that just as it said provided great rejuvenation.

If I wasn't so preoccupied with looking at this new world, I was pretty sure that I would've found about these potions so much earlier.

They were incredibly convenient as well as I didn't need to physically grab them and pop the caps before dunking their contents into my mouth.

Only a simple mental command.

It did away with the dangers of the potion shattering mid combat and wasting the potion.

Smiling, I slapped myself.

'I was stupid'

Lying on the ground for a good few moments contemplating on the meaning of life as I just found out about this function of creating potions of great effects.

I quickly got to work crafting the potions.

There came the third factor that I was going to fully understand (Hopefully) By the end of the day.

Finding out how the hell crafting worked.

Mentally commanding the system to craft a potion, it took the materials straight from my hands and started to morph them like clay.

Watching them with high expectations, I grabbed a coal stick and prepared to write down everything.

And so far...

I was having zero progress.

Watching the system take my materials and morph them through some unknown means to make the desired product for the umpteenth time today.

I sighed and mentally commanded it to craft again as the red bottle formed and sunk into the inventory.

Taking a look at my nearly filled inventory I buried my face into the crook of my palm and sighed.

Near half of my inventory was filled with potions.

From the small amount of iron skin potions to the small bunch of Regeneration potions.

To the absolute mountain of lesser healing potions.

Staring at the number 999 that was repeated twice, I sighed and closed my eyes before changing the crafting methods.

It had already been an indefinite amount of time since I first sat down.

At the start of the experiment on understanding the crafting methods of the system, I was initially standing and staring at it.

It was literally dawn when I was starting this, and now it was the middle of the night so you could tell how long I've been doing this.

At least no one can say I'm weak willed.

Changing the recipe to a different one instead of the usual red potion for healing, I watched as a blue potion for mana was made in front of my eyes.

...A blue potion for mana...

Belatedly realizing something I caught the potion instead of sending it to the inventory.

'...' Staring at the blue potion made for rejuvenating mana, I slapped my head as I felt incredibly silly.

Without a word to be said later, I opened my eyes to the world of mana and malaise.

Thus, the cycle of crafting whatever has begun anew with a new factor at play.

And even then, my brain was getting cooked.

"GOD DAMMIT!!!"

Staring at the blue potions with a face of frustration, behind me was a small pile of cloths that detailed everything that had happened during the crafting potion.

And so far, all I had found out was that I could craft the same potions without the help of the system, however they were of much worse quality than the systems.

However, I had proved that it was indeed possible.

Now the problem was making these better.

Letting out a tired sigh I looked at the sun that was slowly rising above the horizon line and shook my head.

Hopefully in the morning or rather, the next day my hard work would show some results when I face the crafting system with a brand new outlook on it.

So, with unparalleled grace and efficiency, I fell against the pile of cloth face first and sank into a deep slumber for a long... time.

Hi there, I know I haven't been uploading as many chapters anymore.

And that is because I was busy crafting up some more... better chapters for our dear MC here.

I also felt that I built the world poorly, so I'm going to try again, just in another novel.

It's called [Rising from the Dead as a game character.]

Imma sleep now
