Goblino and Cultists (2)

A woman with pale skin, emerald green eyes and lush green hair tended to the forest, gently touching the plants who under her touch seemed to flourish greatly.

Visibly growing at a slow pace at her very presence.

Only covered by vines and leaves around her privates with the bare amount of covering, the rest of the vines and leaves covering the rest of her body.

Looking up at some place in the distance she stood back up to her full height with a frown on her face.

Backstepping into the tree behind her, the woman sunk into the bark before leaving behind a few parting words.

"It seems that the followers of the Moonlord are trying to undo the seal my sisters have sacrificed so much to make"

As the Dryad, the last remaining of her kind sunk into the tree, the plants surrounding them stopped their growth as a path heading somewhere was visibly carved by the flourishing plants.

'How long has it been?'

Swinging an unknown sword for sometime now, having lost my balanced blade due to durability issues.

I was coated head to toe in greenish blood all stemming from the goblins making me easily mistakable for a goblin in the right light.

Having to watch your own back while fighting the goblins wasn't easy let me tell you.

It was a surprise when i had to dodge a sword and nearly cleaved off a nearby adventurer's head.

Of course the man apologized seeing I wasn't a goblin, but have I really killed so much that I now looked like a goblin?

Looking down at my incredibly bloodied form as the smell of iron tingled my nose I was once again reminded of the fact that I...

Was in another world.

Sighing I spat out the green blood on my face before wiping it off my face.

Hearing the bell ringing that was able to be heard from all around the city, I was able to hear the shouts from the guards.

"---! ---!----- --!"

Although their words weren't really audible with what was happening all around me.

Throwing the sword and piercing the chest of a hidden [Goblin Thief] I felt a shiver in my inventory.

Raising an eyebrow I opened it and saw my pet egg named Ryley and took them out.

I didn't know their gender yet.

Seeing the egg the size of a tennis ball smile widely as its sharp teeth glinted in the light I smiled and stroked its head.

Before spartan kicking a hiding [Goblin Thief], I swear those guys were extremely quiet.

As the egg seemed to smile and produced a forked tongue that licked the blood on my body the smile spread wider as Ryley split themselves in half.

'What the fuck'

Seeing the strange action, Ryley proceeded to do something most definitely outside of common sense.

It started small, with green drops of goblin blood entering the eggs mouth before it slowly grew larger and larger.

Turning into streams of blood and into a whole goddamned whirlpool of green blood.

Seeing the absurd sight as the egg swallowed all of the blood around, making it so that the entire area was spotless.

The only evidence of there being a battle being the goblin corpses all around with the weapon marks and generally weapons just laying around.

As Ryley burped cutely, letting out green gas out of its mouth, making disturbing faces that looked incredibly close to the souls of goblins they left this world.

I looked back up as a message appeared in front of my face.

[A goblin Army has appeared from the East!]

"A bit late to say that ain't it?" Complaining outwardly I put Ryley back to the inventory I started to move and scaled the walls of the buildings besides me.

Opening the sync rate I was pleasantly surprised that the sync rate was slowly rising to 30%, though it would most likely gain a hard lock on it.

[Terraria - 26%]

Running across the rooftops I used the chain balls which were dropped by the goblins, although I could use many other things on their body.

I am only using the chain balls for their long lasting properties.

Dashing across the rooftops I procedurally looked for Goblins and threw chain balls at them before switching to the Goblin bow and arrows for those who were to far away.

Most likely saving several as I slayed the Goblins.

And as I threw the chain balls at the mobs down below, damaging the goblins and sometimes outright killing them, a status message appeared right in front of me.

[You feel an ominous presence watching you]

'The hell!?' Feeling an indescribable chill climb up my spine I hurriedly looked to the skies which were slowly darkening.

Nearly tripping over my own feet that were running across the rooftops I thought.

'A status message? Shit, I forgot what this one is about' Inwardly cursing about not even remembering that crucial piece of information which was part of the game.

Though it had been a long time since I last played Terraria, this should be common knowledge...

'Wait...'

Hurriedly looking at the dark clouds gathering and forming a vortex of darkness in the skies I remembered the first boss I found and defeated.

Reaching the castle walls and hurriedly using my Minecraft skills to speed bridge to get to the walls, climbing them up at the surprise of the guards while slashing a goblin.

I recalled the first boss I ever faced, which might've been why it left such a large impact on the young me.

It had the appearance of an incredibly large pupil that floated in the air.

Red pieces of flesh trailing behind the pupil formed as they swirled around, the blue ring surrounded a pupil of green.

Being the eye of the what I think is the world's end boss, it floats in the air while calling several of its smaller but more numerous brethren which were a nuisance to kill during the night.

It's main attacks being to charge right at the player while disregarding physical barriers, but still being susceptible to attacks.

And in it's second face it does away with the eye and just replaces it with a giant mouth full of sharp teeth that I'm pretty sure would like to tear out my guts.

And speak of the devil.

A giant pupil made of whatever an eye from a God was made of slowly appeared from the giant cloud vortex being intangible at the moment.

As the things that made up an eye started to form and make the eye become tangible, the Devotees summoning the Eye.

I gulped down my saliva.

The Eye of Cthulhu had appeared.

"Well this situation is kind of shit with the Goblin army right here"

Chuckling to myself in disbelief I held my Bow as an idea slowly formed in my mind.
