How is this possible?

It was a long and cold sunday night. He was walking back to him home. His hand were frozen cold, he walked with his hands in his jacket pocket. After walking for a while he collapsed on the cold road. A car stopped near him and out came a beautiful girl

"Oh my god, what happened to you, are you okay? can you hear me? say something" she said.

The boy didn't move and his eyes were shut. The girl took him to a nearby hospital.

The boy opened his eyes slowly and saw a beautiful girl sitting next to him. "Where am i?, What am i doing here?" he asked. "You were lying on the road, i brought you here in this hospital, it was near, i didn't know what else to do" she replied.

"Ahh, my head hurts a lot" the boy said

the girl replied "i don't know how long you were there on the road lying, i just saw you and brought you here"

(he's so cute, i wonder if he has a girlfriend!, is he even interested in girls? i don't know anything about him, i could wait till he recovers and then ask him, hmm) the girl thought.

The boy replied, " are you talking about that guy sitting over there?" The girl asked "hmm, what??"

The boy said "you said he is cute, you want to know if he has a girlfriend and you don't know if he is interested in girls or boys".

The girl was shocked "How did you hear my thoughts" she asked. The boy replied "what nonsense, you were saying it so loud, anyone could hear it. you shouldn't say this things so loud"

The girl said "No, i did not say it loud, i said these in my thoughts, i didn't even open my mouth. did you see my lips move?" The boy thought (it's true i didn't see her lips move. What is happening? did i really hear her thoughts? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
