Kiss from the stars

"R-R-Regulus?" Milky stuttered.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I thought this was the toilet." He replied.

"It can be if you want." Milky replied.

Just then, a beaten and tattered Proxi crawls up the stairs to try to get to his room.

"Miiiilkkyyy!" He whimpered. "Undy hurt me and covered me in boo boos. I'm going to need you to..."

Just 1 spots Regulus and Milky awkwardly standing in front of each other.

"WHAT. IS. GOING. ON. HERE?" He asked.

Regulus turns toward Proxi and explains that he was just looking for the bathroom. Proxi stares at him in disgust and contempt

" Oh, it's right there down the hall to the right." He replied in a sweet manner and tone.

"Thank you." Regulus answered.

Just then, Regulus begins to walk towards the bathroom. the door can be heard opening and then closing and the lock locking. Milky, still in shock, just stares out on space.

"H-he thought my room was the toilet?" Milky excitedly shouts, "ALRIGHT!" Confused Proxi and CarinAe looked at each other. Proxi startled by CarinAe falls and begins to tumble down the stairs.

"Why is that a good thing, Milky? Now, that just shows that he thinks you're a crappy person." CarinAe laughs.

" Yes, from your small thoughts, it's true." Milky replied, "But us intellects see it as he thinks of me at least once or twice a day."

" When? when he has to do number one or number two?" CarinAe said jokingly.

"Both times!" Milky explained. "Now, when he had to use it, he'll think of my room and which will lead to him thinking of me!"

"Can't argue with that logic." CarinAe shrugs.

Just then, the toilet flushes, and the lock unlocks, and the door opens. Regulus begins to exit and heads back to Milky's room.

"Hey, where's the exit?" he asked.

"Um, it's a two story house. just go downstairs and walk out." CarinAe replied.

"Oh, okay then." He begins to walk down the stairs, stepping on the exhausted Proxi and proceeding to head out.

*sigh*

"He's so dreamy!" Milky said.

Jealous, CarinAe pouts and begins to head to bed.

"Well, I tell you this much, he can be dreamy, but only I will be in your dreams." CarinAe exclaimed

"Yea, me too!" Procy weakly states.

As CarinAe and Milky turn in for the night, Proxi can be heard crying for help.

"Milky, CarinAe, can you pick me up, bathe me, dress me, Tuck me in, read me a bedtime story, kiss my boo boos, get me..."

The Next Morning...

BOOM!!!!

A huge explosion can be heard from the factory about 10 miles from Milky's home.

"Huh? What was that?" Milky asked.

As she darts up from her bed and leaves her room, she steps over her brother, who appears to have fainted on the steps, and hurries outside.

"Whoa! There's a HUGE fire coming from the old factory down the road!" She yelled.

"Wha..?" CarinAe rubbing her sleep filled eyes. " There's a huge tire?"

"No, CarinAe. a HUGE fire!" Milky replied.

"Oh, okay." Just then, CarinAe begins to rock back and forth.

"Save me. I don't want to die. Save me. I don't want to die." CarinAe said in her fetal position

"I wonder what happened?" Milky questioned. " I'm going to go and check it out!"

Milky runs towards the fire bravely to see what was going on. Meanwhile, Milky's brother awakens and heads downstairs.

"Yawn. Milky!" No reply.

"Milky!!"

He begins to frantically search the house.

"Where are you?" He sang.

What began as frantic became panic, and he started to go through the 5 stages of grief.

DENIAL.

"SHE WOULDN'T JUST LEAVE ME! ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE GOT ME A NEW PUPPY! WOULD SHE?"

*bark bark*

ANGER.

"HOW DARE SHE!! WHEN SHE GETS HOME, I'LL ONLY HAVE 10 CAMERAS INSTEAD OF 20! TAKE THAT! NO LONGER HAVING YOUR BROTHER CONSTANTLY CHECKING UP ON YOU WILL SERIOUSLY MAKE YOU... MAKE YOU..hmm." he yelled

BARGAINING.

"Please God, If you just bring her back, I promise I'll be more protective. More cameras, more mics, the works!" he said.

DEPRESSION.

"I can't believe she would leave me. After all the bath times I've done for her." Procy said sadly.

ACCEPTANCE.

"You know what? This is fine! it's about time, and now I can do what I want when I want. Look out, world, Procy is back!" he shouted.

BACK TO DEPRESSION.

"WHYYYYYY!" He screamed.

*Down the road with Milky*

*gasp, gasp*

"Finally made it." Milky said while breathing heavy. " I didn't think I could run 10 miles in about 5 minutes. Guess I'm in better shape than I thought."

As she approaches the factory, she can see the fire is a lot bigger than she anticipated.

"Oh wow! it's a HUGER fire than I thought!" Milky said.

Milky then begins to move closer to the fire.

"It's, so, hot." She said.

Just then, a voice can be heard just to the right of Milky.

"Who is it!" Milky asked.

A small figure begins to step out from the flames. it slowly approached Milky, reaching out for her as if it was in need of help.

"Are you ok?" she asked.

The figure grabbed Milky's shoulders and inches its face towards hers. it shakes some ash away and opens its mouth as if it was about to speak.

"HELLO! HOW ARE YOU DOING! DO YOU HAVE ANY FOOD?" It asked.

"WHY ARE YOU YELLING?" Milky asked.

"I APOLOGIZE. EVER SINCE I LANDED AND GOT BLOWN AWAY, I'VE HAD THIS TERRIBLE RINGING IN ME EARS! ME NAMES VEGA, BUT YOU CAN CALL ME V!" V stated.

"OH, OKAY THEN, V! WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?" Milky asked.

"NOT QUITE SURE HONESTLY. BUMPED ME HEAD RATHER HARD LIKE. CAN'T QUITE REMEMBER MUCH NOW CAN I?" V replied.

Just then, CarinAe and Proxi can be seen running towards Milky.

"HEY, GUYS!" Milky screamed.

"Why are you yelling?" CarinAe asked.

"My bad." she replied. " It was because V couldn't hear because of the explosion."

Milky began to turn back to V, but suddenly, he leaps onto Milky and kisses her. CarinAe and Proxi gasped from the shock.

V stares at her and whispers something in her ear.

"YOU ARE GOING TO BE MY WOMAN! YOU SAVED ME AND NOW I WILL SAVE YOU FROM EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE, EVERY TIME!" V whispered.

"Um, yes?" Milky replied confusingly.

Proxi and CarinAe stares at the stranger covered in ash in a rage fuelled state.

"D-D-D did he take.."

"Our first kiss.."?

Proxi and CarinAe said together.

" Well, I welcome the protection V." Milky said. "Also, that wasn't my first kiss."

Shocked, Proxi and CarinAe pulled a book from their pocket. The book was titled "Milky's Way." They skimmed through it and saw that it technically wasn't her first kiss.

"HER.... CHEEK?!?" Procy yelled. " I'LL KILL HIM!" Just then, a gust of wind blows and there standing where Proxi was was a wave of dust shaped like Proxi.

"Um, Proxi?" Milky asked.

As she moved closer to tap his shoulder, the dust settled, and there was Proxi winded and out of breath.

"gasp, gasp. I started to run but then this wind blew and I couldn't breathe." He exclaimed. "Ahem. Now then. I'LL KILL HIM!!" He yelled again and then vanished.

CarinAe still reading notices that something seemed a little off.

"Hey Milky." she called. "Who is this stranger that not even the author has a clue of?"

Milky then ponders and shrugs her shoulders.

"Who knows." Milky said.

Just then, a voice can be heard.

"Look, he's a part of the show now, ok? No questions, need to be asked about who is who, or who owes whom, or who made a deal to add a character in so someone doesn't lose legs, limbs or eyesight. "

Milky and CarinAe look at each other, then at V, then back to each other.

"Welcome, Vega! let's go get something to eat. " they both said

Vega still covered in ash, nods, and they all begin to walk towards Milky's house.

The next morning

"Wow! It's so bright out today. " Milky said.

"Yea, it is, but why does the sun have a hot springs cloud censoring its private part?"

CarinAe asked.

" Maybe it's playing off the anime troupes where they block out certain images. Or because the sun is bright, it's blocked out to make it seem like it's SOOO bright it's like it's being censored..." Milky began to trail off

"Okay then, Milky." CarinAe replied. " I'm going to get some breakfast.

She leaves the room having Milky staring at the sun in a void of explanations.

"Good morning, V." CarinAe yelled.

He stares at her with a blank expression and waves at her with bread in his mouth.

"Proxima!" What's for breakfast?" CarinAe asked.

"Why aren't you at your own house?" Proxima thought.

*bark bark*

"Because no one is at my house right now." CarinAe answered.

"Wait, you can hear my thoughts?" Proxima thought again.

They both stare at each other in silence.

"Maybe she can't hear my thoughts. She probably could see my expression and read my face."

"No, I can read your thoughts." CarinAe said.

Shocked, Proxima stared at the now smiling CarinAe. It appears she has a script in her hand.

She quickly tries to hide it behind her back while whistling. Annoyed, Proxima answered her original question.

"Well, for breakfast, we're having Milky's favorites!"

"But we ALWAYS eat Milky's favorites." CarinAe replied.

"You can always go home..."Proxima was interrupted.

"Milky! We're going to a spot Regulus enjoys for brea..."

Just then, Milky darts into CarinAe, grabs her hand, then zooms out the house like a bolt of lightning.
