Chapter 2

Although Jayden's data source lacked most credentials, his body was still far more powerful than the ordinary individual around.

He had kept the ability to probe into the depths of his data and examine his core, something only Granted can do. He had once endured tribulation, shed muscle, and earned the privilege to be close to Microsoft X.

Even though he was only a low-class fighter who obtained the Divine through his father, could not compete in combat with other practitioners, and was always mentally cautious, a young warrior was still a warrior.

Jayden froze at the image, swimming through a sea of shattered memories and into the very center of his consciousness. Tears nearly spilled out of his red, swollen eyes.

One of the 20 heavenly data treasures that have ever existed in the history of the Microsoft Realm, the [Divine Microsoft Accessories], was in the heart of his core.

Whether he uses it to develop into an unrivalled warrior or ascends to the position of Field Trip leader, Microsoft X himself offers the best that creation has to offer.

Both have many applications for a divine practitioner.

However, none of that bothered Jayden. The fact that the wealth is in his core indicates that it has merged with and become a part of him. This artifact must have been passed down by his fathers' death. So, this will be a treasure to him for all eternity.

His father will never reincarnate because he is no longer the master of the aforementioned riches.

The structural integrity of the soul would collapse because of the Divine Accessory and soul being separated, bringing to actual death.

A Divine Wielder becomes a Field Trip Leader and is regarded as a Master of Data. A Divine Wielder can never completely pass away if their core is intact, even if their body is destroyed. They will always be able to resurrect by being recreated by Microsoft X using his data source.

For the young Jayden, who had just entered the scene and was a long way from the top, it was different.

Without his body's food, his spirit would slowly deteriorate once his body died. He will eventually succumb to real death as well.

His father took him far from the Microsoft Realm Years Ago, where he might be secure and start over, knowing that doing so would mean making the ultimate sacrifice of his own life for his own.

The weight of a father's love is like a mountain on his heart.

The source of spiritual practice, informational energy, was unavailable in the new reality. It could be said to be desolate in comparison to the Divine Data Realm.

Perhaps the common man cannot attain the Divine state, but was he a common man?

He will not be deterred by any obstacles in his path before returning to the Data Realm to unleash his anger on his father's foes.

Jayden opened his eyes and decided to leave the hallway instead of staying there.

Hey brother, you simply going to leave me there? Jordan enquired.

Jayden ignored him and began to move on. Before he could travel too far, though, a severe headache forced him to stop.

Jordan grinned as Jayden paused and said, "Looks like you aren't entirely heartless."

Jordan continued by tapping Jayden on the shoulder from behind and adding, "As I was saying my friend Christi-."

Before he could finish saying, Jayden had already slumped onto the ground, out cold.

Jordan scratched his head and seemed a little perplexed by what had happened.

Despite having a little less life power as usual, he was nonetheless intelligent. Jordan struggled a bit to get Jayden to the hospital.

Jayden's core was flooded with memories that fused with it as he quickly relived the experiences the body had gone through over the previous 14 years.

The inflow of information has put a considerable pressure on his core, giving him enormous suffering, unlike any fleshly wounds can inflict.

Jayden's pain was too much to bear, and he lost consciousness.

Jayden awoke a short while later, feeling as though he had been unconscious for a very long period even though only a few hours had elapsed.

Everyone has already left for home after the last lesson on campus ended a bit ago.

Jayden sat up in the hospital alone, hazy. He was unsure of his identity any longer.

He was certain that he was still the Divine Data Wielder's offspring. He wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with him, though. Jayden is beginning to think that perhaps he is not deserving.

If the latter, he questioned whether overtraining was the catalyst that set off the awakening. He was also concerned that if he halted the training he had started, he would be helpless. Jayden doesn't give a damn, but he excels at something else as well. He likes to socialize with women.

Jayden, after all, got along well with the female students at the university. His popularity with the ladies always inspires male envy and hostility.

Even did not understand how this occurred. Perhaps Jayden was friend-zoned because of his incredibly unusual appearance, which made it simpler for women to communicate with him.

Few people would have the guts to try an assassination attempt here. This place is too safe for that. He may have many enemies, but he doesn't get bothered by them. Jayden knows he made those enemies himself. Making new friends whenever he believes someone is slowing him down, fucking one of his friends' girls while having his fourteen-birthday party, beating the hell out of others on campus intel there black and blue for following him home. He didn't care, all he wanted to survive himself, he's a loner and that's all he could think of at for those seconds. So why would anyone be here to make sure he's ok.

The ideas were shoved to the back of Jayden's mind.

Priority is given to building up his strength. He won't be able to protect himself and stop worrying about other people's plans and schemes until he has authority. He only requires a tiny bit more. He should get the artifact's attention soon so he can develop real strength.

Plans and ideas come and go, but only true strength endures. At this moment, he is powerless to harm a fly, even if he wanted to.

Without any other ideas to divert him, Jayden settled into a meditative position and started to consider the cultivation method he would employ to follow in his father's footsteps.

Jayden's father had taught him the cultivation method known as [Divine Data X Manual].

He was expected to follow in his father's footsteps and choose the warrior path in order to become a well-known hero because he was one of the Divine Data Wielder's sons.

Due to its superior knowledge, the [Divine Data X Manual] was a technique that complemented the course of the fighter.

Cultivation methods can be divided into five categories: Mortal, Earthy, Technological, Holy and Divine.

Given that all divine grade cultivation techniques feature the term divine in their names, it is obvious that the [Divine Data X Manual] is a divine grade cultivation method.

It makes sense that Jayden would choose [Divine Data X Manual] since it is the method he has most experience with and has crossed the Divine with.

Jayden is hesitant because of the grave dearth of spirit energy in the world. It is unknown how much time one would need to train to achieve the Supreme Data King's levels—no, he had to surpass them! He only wanted to be called, but he hasn't received a call.

He will be limited in his cultivation by the technique to the Divine Data Realm. He desired to advance past that!

To overcome the Supreme Data Kings was his goal.

Success on his journey will only be assured with more strength.

Suddenly, Jayden remembered the [Hegemony of Data Chaos], an unfinished cultivation method that his father had used to help four other Data Kings extract from an ancient ruin.

The incomplete cultivation guidebook stated that one would not be limited to data spirit energy but would instead endeavor to ingest all forms of energy and convert them into Data Chaos Energy, the universe's source energy.

The Data Divine Kings were able to deduce the technique's remarkable nature and potential divine grade from the name and introduction.

None, however, was able to advance the approach in any way. In actuality, no one was able to use the technique.

It was eventually determined that the manual was fake and that an ancient entity invented it out of boredom.

The ancients, on the other hand, would have been furious with him to the point of death.

I should at least attempt it since I don't have any cultivation, thought the man. If it doesn't work out, it wouldn't be too late to practice the [Divine Data X Manual].

Jayden made the decision to use the unfinished [Hegemony of Data Chaos].
