Chapter 2: Benedict Lui (2)

"Master, its time to board our plane." said Benjamin.

Benedict only nodded as he gazes out through the window.

"Mr. Lui. It's a pleasure to have you on board." said the man in his white uniform.

"Gregore McCartney" was written on his name plate and under it was 'Head Pilot.

He is the main pilot of the plane.

The man with blue eyes and blonde hair reaches his hands towards Benedict.

Benedict grab the hand and exchanged handshakes with him.

"We'll be in your care Greg." said Benedict. He's Benedict's friend. He met him when Lucia was still alive.

"Of course! Of course! No problem at all." said Greg with his smile from ear to ear.

They boarded the plane without any delay.

The flight attendants were amazed because of the news they received from the co-pilot.

"Oh my God! Its my first time seeing the owner of Lui International!" exclaimed one of the flight attendants.

"Me too! Me too!" seconded by the other. They are squealing like squirrels due to excitement.

"Its just sad. About what happened to his family and him." said the other feeling sorry for his loss.

"Yeah.. But its still great to see him today!" exclaimed the other.

The attendants were busy chatting with each other when a man in a wheelchair came in and with his two companions.

Benjamin heard what they are talking about and cleared a throat. "Eheeerrrrmm.." he intentionally made it louder for them to hear.

The two flight attendants looked at their back and saw Benedict Lui for the first time. They panicked and put an awkward smile on their faces. They looked down to hide their embarrassment. They noticed Benedict. As many had said, he had an aloof aura with him. A lonely face yet it doesn't hide the fact that he is very attractive. Brown eyes with pointed nose as if sculptured with the hands of gods. Those lips that invites every woman to kiss and beg just to taste it. His skin is fairer than the other men with his delicate fingers. Truly, he is attractive enough to make their fantasies run wild.

"Hello Mr. Lui, I am Madeleine your attendant in this flight." introduced the woman with a slim build.

Benedict stared at her for a long time thus make the attendant nervous. She helped Benjamin put their luggage at the compartment.

He was stunned. He forgot that he was staring at her for too long.

"Is there something wrong sir?" she asked.

"No.. It's nothing." averting his eyes.

He thought of Lucia in that instant.

She resembled her so much but reality strikes. Lucia is dead.

She can't be Lucia but her features were so alike especially those green eyes.

The attendants announced that the plane was about to fly.

Benedict was staring at Madeleine as the plane flew.

He could not take off his gaze from the woman.

As for Madeleine, she is conscious enough by his presence , so much more of his intense gazes.

She did not know if she offended him or what. It is like being perked on the other side. She sighed and sighed through the entire trip.

Benedict ordered Benjamin to find out Madeleine's background.

Benjamin was surprised by his Master's act. When he saw Madeleine, he instantly knew what his master's thinking.

Lucia Lui was her master's wife. The one and only lady of Lui Empire. The late lady was as tall as she. Though Lucia was more fairer than Madeleine but the feature of their faces are quite resembled to each other. Green eyes, thin yet beautiful lips and pointed nose. Madeleine has a unique beauty and so was Lady Lui but the resemblance is just coincidental.

Benjamin followed his master's wish and investigated Madeleine's background. He was surprised of what he found out. "I wonder if what he will do to this matter." he thought.
