Chapter 19 - Welcome

"I don't know, maybe she's just late,"

Mabel said. I thought that Alison might not want to continue because she did not like the interior of the club. We just waited for Gong-Li. After a while he came.

"Where is Alison?" He asked.

"Maybe she won't continue," Mabel said.

But, not a moment too soon, she came.

"I'm here!" she said as she is walking towards us.

"I thought you quit!" Mabel said.

"Never!" She replied.

And at that moment we put on our face masks and went inside. I saw the guard look me in the eyes and he seemed to recognize me.

But I can not greet him because it is forbidden. He looks at me deeply.

I turned my gazed in the entry way and didn't look back.

When we went inside, we did not enter the club.

We thought we were going in there again, but Gong-Li turned right into a short hallway and when we got to the end, we did not see any door, it has been just a wall, and the space was so small. "Why is it like this?" Disappointed Alison said. "Your life will to change, once you are a member! So, good luck!" Gong-Li stated.

"So, what we gonna do in this place? " Alison scoffed. "Yeah, I didn't see anything in here, but that small frame," Mabel second the motion. Suddenly, a medium size, frame appeared in the wall instantly. We were shocked when we saw it. "What the!" Mabel gaped. "Where did that frame came from, Why is it instantly appearing from nowhere? " Alison asked in amazement. Gong-Li just grinned at us. We looked at the frame closely, it was a portray of a teen girl, and she was undeniably beautiful, she is wearing a strange garment, just like she is going to a war or in a battle field. She is holding a butterfly knife in her right hand, her look was shaped, but fascinating at the same time, her beauty was remarkable. "Who is she?" Alison asked. "Well, she is the most famous member in the club, she is the top, she was known as the butterfly knife girl," Gong-Li said.

We were amazed at what he said. "How come that she is the most famous? Why she called a butterfly knife girl?" Alison asked with full of curiosity on her face.

"You will know that, once you got in!" Gong-Li said.

"I am more interested to get in!" Mabel exclaimed. We can't take off our eyes on the frame. We were very attracted to the face of the girl.

We didn't notice that Gong-Li approached the frame, and suddenly, we were shocked when he touched something in the picture using his thumb, finger, and suddenly a small key pad came out and he typed a passcode. He placed his right thumb, finger again on one side of it and all of a sudden, the wall opened. We were so astounded when we saw it. "Wow!" We exclaimed in unison as we gaped.

"When you become a member, you will do the same!" He smiled.

"We will know the passcode?" Mabel asked in wonder.

"Yes, you will! " He replied. Gong-Li sauntered the entry way, and we followed his lead. When we got in, the wall suddenly shuts by itself.

We went in the dark hallway and walked into a rough road, and at the end of it there is a shining elevator, we were dazzled by it. After a while, the elevator opened.

"Get in!" Gong-Li stated and he step inside, we were still in the state of shock, as we step inside. And he pressed the letter B, and the elevator went down, we don't know how deep it is. And when the elevator was opened, an amazing lobby flared up. The lobby was full of unique lights and the ceiling was too high, there's some unique ornaments displayed anywhere. Our jaw was dropping while rolling our eyes. "This place is unbelievable, it's huge!" Mabel said in amazement as she rolls her eyes at the environment.

There are young people walking around and they are looking and smiling at us, we also reciprocate with smiles. "Wow! I'm stunned!" Mabel exclaimed. We looked up, overlooking up to the 7th floor.

There are different kinds of lanterns hanging around and there's a huge strange chandelier in the middle of the ceiling. There's a terrace in every floor. Lots of beautiful lights were turned on, we had many rooms overlooking each floor and there were beautiful designs that could only be seen there. "I've never seen like this kind of place before!" I amazed. "Of course Kirstein, this is Octagon Club!" Gong-Li grinned. We can't stop rolling our eyes, as we can stop adoring the place.

On the ground floor where we stand, there are many shops around and there are illuminated signage outside written in Korean and in Japanese. Others are written in English, the lobby is mixed with international style, but most of it was Japanese and Korean.
