49. They want to meet you

Lillie blinked at him. His words were cheesy; she knew that but they did touch her heart and he could not hold back a blush at his words. Lillie looked at him and wondered what it would have been like if her family was alive, would she be living with him as she is now?

"What is the best?" Lillie asked him. Abe snuggled into his arms with her head resting on his chest.

"Whatever you want, my queen," Alex said to her making her look at him. He leans forward and kissed her lips.

Lillie smiled and nodded her head. "until then." She said and Alex gave her a look. "I don't want you struggling for control." She. She said and then asked, "Will you be okay?"

Alex stared deep into her eyes, for a moment Lillie thought the green colour of his eyes had become even greener. It reminded her of the wild. "I will be." He said and pulled closer to him, leaving no distance between their bodies.
