See a big and terrible hole in banyan tree.

 The tree is so huge that I cannot find words to describe it.

 If someone has built a house behind the tree then it cannot be seen from the other side.  The trunk of the tree is very large. The branches of the tree are spread over many places.  The place is equal to a football field. This tree can be seen well from far away. We approached the tree very carefully.  Who knows what terrible scene is hidden behind such a huge tree.

 Go closer and see the birds playing on the tree branches.  I saw some monkeys running in the trees. The tree is a banyan tree.  I have never seen such a big banyan tree before. Birds make their houses in that tree.  They eat the fruit there and stay there. Seeing us, the birds started chirping. They started getting bored.  They think we have come to chase them. I saw two doves trying to mate on a tree branch. Seeing that, I smiled and turned away in shame.

 The colonel whispered, "Let's go behind the tree. But we have to be careful. It would be better if the three of us stayed on three sides. That way any danger would not fall on the three of us at all. If one of us is on top, we can help the other."

 Ok.

 I proceeded to the east, Mr. Haldar to the west and the Colonel to the south.

 I went and saw a big hole in the middle of the tree.  It is made in such a way that it looks like there is someone inside the tree.

 The Colonel said, "We have to go inside the tree and see what is there. Jayant, you come with me. The hole in the tree is very big. Two people can easily enter there. And Mr. Haldar, you stand outside and watch. If any danger comes from outside, we will be safe. Let's go Jayant."

 Colonel and I entered the hole.  Mr. Haldar was standing outside.

 Some light from outside reached the hollow of the tree.  In that light I saw that the wall of the inner tree was built with bricks.  It looks like someone's house. I found nothing suspicious there.

 However, I carefully examined the surroundings of the hole.

 "Someone used to live here. No more," said the colonel.

 How did you know that there were people here before now?

 Look carefully Jayant.  But here there is no sign of burning.  There is a lot of winter in this forest.  We lit a fire several times to survive that winter.  If anyone was here, they would light a fire to escape the cold.  And his ashes lay here on the floor.

 We came out.

 On arrival Mr. Haldar showed us some blood in a place under a tree.

 Seeing the blood, we got scared.

 I said, "So what Nagpa...?"

 The colonel said, "First you have to check whether it is human blood or animal blood. There is no shortage of animals in this forest."

  We started looking for where the blood came from.  I did not see any bones of people or animals around.  We even searched the bushes. Some bones were seen next to a bush.

 The colonel saw those bones carefully with a stick.

 Then he said with a smile, "These are not human bones. That is, not Nagpa's bones or blood."

 I said, "Then what is that blood for?"

 He said, "These bloods are wild boar's blood. It seems that the tiger has brought the boar here and eaten it. As a result, the blood is on the ground."

 Mr. Haldar said with surprised and wide eyes, "Does that mean tigers come here?"

 Hmm, tigers don't come here, tigers live in that tree cave.  Because if there were people, there would be ashes. There is no need to light a fire because there is a tiger.

 That's right.

The Colonel said," We shall not stay here much longer. The sun will turn blood-red in the western sky. And then it will be dark. We must return to the lake before it gets dark."

 Yes, then let's go quickly.

 We started walking quickly.

 Cautiously and surrendering, but quickly, I stepped towards the car.  Finally I reached the car. Nothing significant happened on the way. We reached the car safely and started bringing winter clothes.

 At that time, he suddenly met two people on the road.

 One of them asked, "Who are you? And what are you doing in this terrible place?"

 The colonel said everything to those people.

 The old man from among the two men said, "This forest is very dangerous. You go back from here. The one who got lost in this forest could not come back. Many people have disappeared from inside this forest before. It is heard at night by the lake.  Suddenly an enchanted woman appears. No one has seen her face till today. She drowns her feet in the cold water of that lake. Once she falls into her clutches, she cannot come back alive. If you want good, go back from here at once."

 When the man finished speaking, they left.

Mr. Haldar got even more scared after hearing the man's words.

He said in a fearful voice, "Colonel, we have managed to get out of this terrible forest. It is not right for us to go back. What do you know? If that enchanted woman subdues us too in the night. Then if she takes us with her, we will not survive. So we should go back from here if we want to live."

I didn't say anything.
