Transported in another world

It was spring day. The sun was shining brightly. Birds are freely flying on this leisure park in the city.

A girl is currently sitting on one of the bench inside this park. She's currently wearing a casual dress and a sandal. She's also wearing round eyeglasses that give her a very nerdy feeling and her hair is also styled in a braid and has bangs that hid her forehead.

She's much immersed in reading her favorite book which is about mages, a war, different creatures and the like. She found these kinds of stories very amusing that relieves her stress from work as it feels like she's being transported in another world if she is reading this kind of magical genre.

After reading the first half of the book she sits up on the bench, gets her body bag and started to walk around the park.

It was Sunday so she doesn't have to think about her work and her only enjoyment in life is to go somewhere that is very tranquil and quiet then start reading her book.

Her name is Elena Percel, a Design Engineer in one the leading construction firm in country S. But, even though she is the best Design Engineer in their company her workmates look down upon her due to her style of clothing which looks like a 'grandma's dress' just like what her co-workers infer towards her clothes.

She also doesn't like to argue nor compete for a project with her co-workers but the company knows about her talent so she mostly handles a Billion peso contract project or a hundred million peso contract project such as condominium or malls or such which gains a lot of envy from her co-workers who could only have a low-end project.

While she's walking leisurely around the park, she observed the people inside the park. Kids were playing from a far, there were couple who are also walking with their hands entangled and lastly there were senior citizen men and woman who are exercising some place inside the park.

Suddenly, while she's walking on the part of the park that has a lot of trees, a bird suddenly falls down the tree beside her which caught her attention.

She walks to the direction of the bird and saw that its wings were broken. She felt pity for the bird so she started to look for a stick or anything straight to help the bird in her hands then she also looked for her bag if she has any Band-Aids or anything to be used to help the pitiful bird.

Luckily, there is still a small gauze pad which she saw from her bag as her nephew of five years of age which is her sister's son is usually very energetic that leads to him having a small wound from playing so, she always carried a medicine kit inside of her bag so that she would be ready for her nephew's sudden arrival which happened a lot of times.

While she's sitting under the tree and mending the broken wings of the bird, her ground suddenly glows and a huge circle suddenly appear on the ground that has some words written on it which she couldn't understand.

She also saw that time seems to stop as the kids that she saw from afar playing suddenly stops, a couple from afar also stops, even those old men and women who were exercising from afar suddenly stopped. The leaves that were falling and the birds that were flying also stopped.

She was shocked in horror as she couldn't found any logical reason as to what this phenomena that happens in front of her means, so she tried getting up and run away from this strange circle but just as fast as the circle appears, it also just suddenly vanished along with Elena and the pitiful bird in her hand.

And left the place just like nothing out of this world happens as everything turned back to normal and everyone could move once again. No one noticed that the girl just suddenly vanished from their world.
