[Chapter—6]

" So...." Illyana said pointedly looking at me while playing with her mashed potatoes while looking at me over at the other side of the table.

" Yeah?" I asked confused.

" You seemed really close with Berta over there." She said searching for something in my face probably.

" I mean, kinda." I replied trying to gouge more out of her.

" You seem like the guy who's really popular with ladies and uses them for your need before throwing them away like so many do." She said frowning at me making me pause.

" Where is that coming from?" I asked looking at her with a raised brow.

" It's nothing, forget about it." She said looking back at her food and continuing to play with it.

Sighing and shaking my head I tore through the steak and took a piece into my mouth.

" No, I'm not like that." I said getting attention. " I don't use girls, if any girl wishes for something with me then I tell them of the risks that doing so entails and let them choose , I don't take advantage of them." I tell her.

And I was even truthful as most of the times If I ever want any relationship with a girl I'd tell them of what I want with them before we got too far and let them make their own decisions, this earned me a lot of fuck buddies and little loving relationships though but that was good for me as I wasn't the romantic I may advertise myself as.

Looking up I saw Illyana deep in thought as she looked down at her food unmoving.

" Hey? You okay?" I said out loud catching Illyanas attention as she came out of her thoughts." Are you okay?" I asked.

" Huh?....oh yeah I'm fine just thinking about something." She replied still a bit dazed as she took her first bite out of her food.

And it would seem that she had a crush on me, damn is my incubus bloodline really that effective?, I mean it hasn't even been a full day yet since we met.

Sighing at that I continued making small talk and occasionally making her laugh lifting up her mood for a bit and before long it was time to get to sleep.

And with that Illyana accompanied me after making a comment about not wanting a fly getting close to her meal.

At 55 affection and already she was possessive and jealous, I would have to keep a tight leash on her if I wanted us to become more than friends and of course I wanted more but I was willing to wait to get there.

Getting to my allocated room which again looked like a prison then anything I entered and Illyana followed inside and looked around.

" Nice place you got here." She said sarcasm apparent on her voice.

" Really funny, we have the same looking dorms." I told her with a roll of my eyes.

" Still, it looks better then mine; empty but better looking." She said before gaining a mischievous glint on her face and walking towards me with a bit of sway to her hips.

" Now I remember that we had some business to attend before that slut Roberta interrupted us..." She said drawingly leaning on my chest again and this time wrapped her hands on my neck and without hesitation locked her lips onto mine.

Not letting the opportunity go I wrapped my own around her waist pulling her deeper as I returned her kissing and went further and a couple seconds later we were exchanging saliva as our tongues fought for dominance.

I got so pulled into the kiss that I didn't notice until too late when Dr Reyes got to my rooms door looking mighty displeased.

" Illyana! Ezekiel!." Dr Reyes shouted making Illyana jump and break our kiss walking back and looking at the Dr with a frown.

" This is extremely inappropriate and I would expect better of you Ezekiel!" She shouted looking at me disappointed which didn't even phase me.

" Illyana, to your room, now." Dr Reyes said making Illyana frown further but she pushed her anger back and looked back at me before giving me a sultry smirk.

" Later Ezekiel." She said before blowing me a kiss and walking out shoulder checking Dr Reyes while doing so.

" Illyana!" Dr Reyes shouted extremely dissatisfied as seen by how angry she was.

Shaking my head with a small smirk I looked back at Dr Reyes who looked at me and shook her head before walking out and closing my door but didn't lock it so I wasn't in solitary, great.

Snickering I walked to my bed and took off my shoes and got under the blanket before finally opening my menu but I first reviewed a glowing notification in the log of notifications I had gained tonight.

This just made me gave me more reason to get to know the others.

And after reviewing the notification logs i saw that I gained a new skill and all that and some affection gain from the others and affection loss from Dr Reyes, which I didn't care about.

Done with that I opened my menu.

I had a new addition called reputation which was probably what allowed me to quantify peoples feelings for me.

Opening it I grinned seeing the quick affection gains I had obtained in a single day.

I had gained an extra 3 affection with Illyana due to being a good kisser just as she was leaving.

The other extra affection from everyone was gained throughout the day when I would interact with them even if just for a minute as Illyana stuck to me like a fly and she really wasn't that popular with the others so they kept a distance.

And now I had the extra time to see what I've gained throughout the day, first is my status.
