Chapter 4: I Choose Fire

Ash's POV:

I was sparring with that old man until I lost balance and then after that I don't know as I blacked out

And when I woke up I felt better than I ever had like I was back in the days when I was a little kid with tons of energy opening up my eyes and looking around the room it Looked like I was in a hospital room looking over their was the old man sitting in the chair beside me in a meditation like position

Getting out of the bed he opens one of he's eyes and says ah you have awoken come with me your hired

Ah your awoke come with me your hired

Uh ok but didn't I loss why are you hiring me and why am I in a hospital?

First off that was a little test to see the potential in a person and second off this isn't a hospital this is the Medical ward in my martial arts gym now come along

Going into the main hall I start to look down the place closing the blinds and placing seals and then locking the doors and changing the sign to closed

Now that where secure although I said you don't have to sign anything I want to show you a side of society that you have never seen before but first you must sign this so that I make sure that no one else will know about this all you have to do is prick you finger and drop a piece of blood on this I say as I do just as I instructed as the blood gets absorbed into the paper

Ar are y you sure that this is safe he said as he saw my blood get absorbed by the paper in an unusual way as the paper started to glow a golden color

Of course it's safe I've done this plenty of times it's fine (in preparation for this day never with a live subject)

As soon as he pricked his finger a white light wrapped around the paper devouring it

It was a subordination contract to not tell my businesses secrets ok now what I want to tell you is that this is no ordinary martial arts gym this is a martial arts gyms that teaches the use of Chi, QI ,KI Reiatsu, and Chakra in which I will teach you a technique using one of these energies so which do you choose

Ok their are 4 things you can do with chi four ancient techniques past down in my family the power to control the elements now choose one of these four elements Fire, Water, Earth and Air

what are their specialties

Fire is the element of power it is destructive and wild if not used by the right hands such as people that fuel it using Rage , Hatred and anger and let me tell you this you should never go down this path as many people have fallen after being crushed because of their way of using it

Water is the element of Change it may be harmless but in the right or wrong hands it can be deadly it can also be used to Heal the wounds of others

Earth is the element of substance a defensive element but not only is it mainly used for defense it can also be used as a weapon out of all of the elements I'd say it's the second most powerful in attack and the strongest of the elements in defense

And Air it is the Element of Freedom their is nothing I can really say about it beyond that

Ok I've chosen I want Fire

ok as you wish I say as I grab a Chi seed and infuse fire chi into it I then tell him to swallow the glowing hot pill which is literally giving off steam

Are you sure I'm supposed to eat this won't it burn my tongue

don't worry about it I'll heal you right back up if it burns you and plus don't you want to be able to blow fire from you feet and hands and in the future even from your mouth

You better save me if something goes wrong he says Ashe swallows the pill making he's eyes glow neon red as he's body started shaking crazily I was using my water bending in conjunction with mystic palm to rapidly heal any injuries

And after an hour of this happening it stop so getting up I pick him up in my arms and bring him back to the bed in the medical ward just behind the front counter desk
