"Kingpin, did you forget our agreement?!"

Madame Gao looked at Kingpin with a somewhat ugly expression.

After the events in Chinatown, the Hand's power was struck by a near-devastating blow, with only one of its five fingers remaining.

Having said that, Kingpin turned his head, looked behind himself at Lord Godless and lowered his lofty crime lord's head, "I hope, Jiu You will abide by our original agreement."

"Don't worry, leave that to me."

Gently nodding, Lord Godless passed Kingpin's tall frame and looked at Madame Gao and the ninjas of the Hand, who looked at him with hostility.

The reunion, unfortunately, wasn't destined to be a pleasant one.

"Who are you?"

She could feel the terrifying power that resided beneath the opponent's armour, a feeling that subconsciously reminded her of what she had felt when the Beast was still around.

"I hear that you've met the Beast ...?"

In response to Madame Gao's question, Lord Godless didn't answer but simply asked in return.

"You know the Beast?!" Lord Godless' remark caused Madame Gao's expression to change, and she couldn't help but blurt out another question.

"Of course." Seeing Madame Gao's surprised expression, Lord Godless grinned, "His Buddha's Palm is well practised. But unfortunately, it's useless. After all, he can't break my 'Buddha's Golden Invulnerable Body'."

Ryan made it perfectly clear. If Madame Gao couldn't understand it, then her long life was all a waste.

"When did I say I was working for Kingpin?" Opening his mouth, correcting Madame Gao's question, Lord Godless glanced back at Kingpin, who stood silently behind him, "In fact, on the contrary, it's Kingpin who's working for Jiu You."

"Jiu You?!"
