after he got the stormbreaker Raphael spend some time in Asgard with Hela, and returned home. his mother's are now taking care of the company's affairs while Tony is busy in stark tower with his research about asgardian technology he got, so now he is alone at home.

but he sensed some vehicles approaching his house and found its hydra, what's interesting is that they have a mutant with them. a mind controlling one to be exact, he smirked and grabbed stormbreaker to test its power.

Raphael then cast the mirror dimension taking those hydra agents into it. this made them all alert while a man with a mask came forward and said," Raphael Mathew, a prodigy and genius. your talent will be wasted if you stay in Avengers and shield what can they give you? join us hydra and we'll give you authority, power and land to rule like a king".

Raphael thought this guy has a brain problem and replied," sorry not interested in being brain washed", the man's smile froze and turned into maniac grin then ordered the soldiers," do it", the mutant tried to invade his mind only to become unconscious due to high interference from Raphael.

the others are shocked while the leader yelled," kill him", but Raphael lifted stormbreaker and struck the ground unleashing lightning and thunder everywhere, this cause many of them to die while the others said their slogan and bit the poison.

Raphael sighed and expanded his spiritual sense to check on Layla, sure enough she is also attacked but they don't have a mutant and only a few in numbers, this was taken care of by her and even the bodies are burnt with the power of dragon charm Raphael bestowed her.

just then Raphael's personal communicator rung and it's Fury who said," kid, I need your help", Raphael blinked and sighed, looks like he is involved with the plot of winter soldier, Fury is now hiding and faked his death. these communicators are made by Tony and Raphael for Avengers and also Nick Fury has one.

Raphael goes to meet Fury like Captain in movie, he saw hill and Phil Coulson along with a few other's who are loyal to Fury, after sometime captain and Natasha also arrived with some injuries. they said they're attacked in the base where Zola is kept.

when they saw Raphael they asked if anything happened and Raphael also told them about the attack, while Steve is angry because of hydra, I healed both of them and we also notified other Avengers while I asked," where are those helicarriers?".

Fury turned to me and said," it's not time to act in a hurry, they have all the data of potential threats and now also have the key to open the insight project, along with half of shield", I turned to him and said," then it'll be simple, they only invaded half but not complete, we can lure all those out with the help of Charles Xavier, he has the brain wave machine right?, and captain, nat and you can confront Alexander pierce and winter soldier, I'll take care of those helicarriers".

they all looked at me while Fury said," Charles Xavier can't be trusted", I raised an eyebrow and said," it's magneto who can't be trusted, besides Charles Xavier can't betray us as he build a good image all these years and now he can't destroy it right?", Fury nodded.

all Avengers except Thor gathered while Tony scolded Fury as soon as he landed. now it's time to execute the plan, we all took a quinjet to Xavier's institute, many mutants in here looked at us vigilantly and has fear in their eyes.

while Jean grey looked at me, there is no Cyclops here, which is good news as I don't want a ego maniac to argue with me, Charles Xavier came forward and asked our purpose while Fury and others are in negotiation I saw Jean looking at me curiously.

maybe due to pheonix force inside her, she looks like she is only 16 now, I smiled and said nothing while she turned away, after an hour of negotiations Charles Xavier agreed and we have him a communicator.

then all Avengers looked at captain, we split into 2 teams, one to deal with pierce and other to deal with helicarrier, why don't I use my powers you may ask? it's because Tony and mother's made me promise I won't expose such power after the endgame incident in other universe. even Tony only consider me as a last resort now.
