Mumut and Bian got out of the car and walked into the hospital. Many people stared at them with a strange look because the clothes they wore were so different in style. Bian wore a luxurious and expensive suit, which made him look even more handsome and charming, while Mumut only wore a janitor uniform. Mumut was about to ask the staff at the information counter when her eyes caught Randy's figure, waving at them. Bian immediately went over to Randy, and Mumut followed behind them.
Mumut watched the two men talking seriously. She couldn't hear what they were talking about, as the two of them were quite at a distance from her. After a while, Randy invited the two of them to follow him to Mumut's mother's room.
Mumut had never been into this hospital, therefore she just followed wherever the two men went. Mumut thought her mother was treated in a third-class ward, where a single room would accommodate several patients. But her guess was wrong because her mother was treated in a pavilion of the hospital. Mumut bit her lip anxiously. How would she pay for all this, when she couldn't even pay for the down payment? Mumut remembered that Bian was willing to pay all of the hospital expenses fees for her mother, but Mumut felt that this was too much. She approached her mother, who had just awakened from the influence of the anesthetic. The woman smiled at her gratefully. Mumut immediately kissed her hand and cried. Her mother stroked her head, telling her not to worry.
Her mother's gaze then turned to Bian and Randy, who was standing not far behind Mumut. Mumut introduced them as her bosses, and Bian immediately added that he was Mumut's future husband and asked her mother's permission to marry her daughter. The mother looked surprised. As far as she remembered, Mumut never told her about her boss, but considering the luxurious room where she stayed in, it all made sense. She looked at Bian for a long time before greeting him and thanked him for all that Bian did. After some chit chat, Bian and Randy went to the pavilion terrace, while Mumut stayed with her mother, accompanied by a caregiver whom Bian had hired to care for Mumut's mother.
Randy looked at Bian with a severe gaze.
"Boss, are you serious about marrying her?" Randy.
"At first, I just followed your suggestion to find somebody to make Ristie jealous and to make her want to come back to me. When that girl came to ask for help, I couldn't bear to ask her to be my fake girlfriend. The girl has always kept herself from hanging out with men. She is also not an admirer like most of the women in our office. I'm just trying to help and look after her, other than taking advantage of her to make Ristie jealous and come back to me."
"What if you fall in love with her someday? What will you do then?"
Bian chuckled, "It's impossible, Ran! You know I only love Ristie. One day I will divorce her and let her marry whoever she loves."
"Nothing is impossible, Boss," said Randy softly,
Bian only responded indifferently. Randy preferred Mumut to Ristie, even though she was only a janitor, her attitude was better. She was also a hard worker and a student whose grades were good. Randy always encouraged the girl to finish college immediately.
