Chapter 100-New Mother

Midwife Yulia taught Mumut how to breastfeed properly, how the mother and baby were positioned, how to bond between mother and baby, and how to burp the baby after the baby was finished breastfeeding. Midwife Yulia also helped put a pillow under the little one, when Mumut was about to breastfeed her baby and provided the correct position for mother and baby. Midwife Yulia also gave a lot of advice to Mumut about caring for babies and mothers during childbirth, what should and should not be done according to health science. Mumut listened to every explanation given by Midwife Yulia carefully.

"How come I still feel contractions, Sis. It's still painful really," said Mumut, while leaning back on the chair.
