Cruel Executioner

Mo Dao was rather happy since Mo family prison was filled with all kinds of prisoners from murderers to rapists. From heinous criminals to those who only disobeyed the rules of the Mo family but with an insufficient background.

As for why Mo Dao didn't react much after killing cause as soon as he killed his consciousness was dragged by [FILTH] and he got a touch of reality, his fate would only lead to death in case he fails there's absolutely no 2nd chance. Soon a list of 48 prisoners was presented to Mo Dao. They were all to be executed. While the right to execution was in the hands of the city lord but it was widely known that the three families disobeyed it. But since the city lord did not care no one did. As long as it wasn't rebellion or mass slaughter, the city lord's mansion will not interfere. For this kind of thing, the three families provide 'gifts' to the city lord annually.

Reading the names one by one Mo Dao proceeded towards the nearest cell. The one inside was a middle-aged man, he had slaughtered a whole family to take revenge for a 10-year-old feud. The area came under one of the affiliated gangs of Mo Family thus he was arrested. Normally he would've been sent to city Guard prison for execution since some scapegoats are needed to show that area under the jurisdiction of the Mo Family has strict rules.

The amount of evil points harvested depends on the severity and duration of torture. For example, his 3rd victim had provided 500 evil points but the 7th victim provided 2600 which is more than 5 times. It did take some more time and little nausea but Mo Dao feels hopeful that he'll get used to it after all death is the biggest motivation to surpass one's limits. Evil points have no use for now but they will be useful in future so he needs to harvest as much as he can. Mo Dao can still see the panic in Guard Chen's eyes since the cells Mo Dao used are still filled with mingled bodies.

Sun was setting down giving the sky a reddish glow. Mo Dao was alone in the carriage Guard Chen remained at the prison to take care of the mess. He also had to report his father. Mo Dao is naturally aware of it but as long as guard Chen isn't aware of his core secrets he'll live.

Mo Dao decided not to publicise his strength who knows one of the other 4 chosen might have spread his background to search for rising 'geniuses' like Mo Dao. After reaching his mansion Mo Dao decided to strengthen himself and looked at the panel and a satisfied smile appeared on his face.

For the second part, Mo Dao went for his Martial skills. The sharp Sword energy became more penetrative it was more faster and destructive. Just waving a finger a thin Sword wave ran from his hand hitting the iron pole 20 meters away in the courtyard, slicing it in two like butter on a hot knife. Now only an Innate Martial Artist can receive moves from him and even among them if it isn't a peak of Innate he'll die a terrible death.

The second upgrade was for the vajra body, Mo Dao felt his whole body tighten up every muscle in his body was in his control. A single punch can exert 200% strength. Mo Dao got up and approached the 15cm thick iron plate in the courtyard. A single punch left a dent in it along with a fist mark on the opposite side.

Mo Dao was satisfied with his improvement. while he wasn't invincible in Innate but he still has the strength to save his neck. But thinking about all the prisoners who died in his hands were Innate masters he calmed down. Innate masters are nothing compared to real masters. With huge improvement, Mo Dao did swell up a bit but he kept a clear mind and analysed his situation.

Cultivation realms are divided into six parts

Innate, Master, Grandmaster, Saint, Monarch and Sovereign. Each of these realms is divided into small stages. The difference between two major realms is like a deep gully that cannot be filled with just accumulation it requires a qualitative change.

An Innate should have Internal energy worth 300 years to reach the peak of Innate and prepare for the 2nd realm.

Master is the second major realm in which a Martial Artist can feel vitality of heaven and earth and the internal energy is turned into vitality. The master needs to keep refining this vitality from surrounding just like internal energy but vitality is far more potent than internal energy. This realm is also called heaven and man in one.

Grandmaster is a big leap ahead of Master in both body and soul. A Grandmaster can also learn and develop supernatural abilities. Moving mountains, boiling seas and steps of thousand miles are some common supernatural powers. The strong ones can change the ontology of the world. For a normal human, a Grandmaster can only be described as a god. Wind and rain with one wave of hand and blazing field from a single glare are some famous supernatural powers.

Above grandmaster is Saint. Mo family does not know the strength or powers of a saint. According to Mo Dao's predecessor, there's only one Grandmaster in Mo Family that is his Great Grandfather. Mo Dao's grandfather died in a scuffle but Mo Family didn't even think about seeking revenge since the other party was rather strong with several Grandmasters. Mo family along with Luo and Wei families together keep foreign powers away from Minghe county.

Mo Dao needs a new Cultivation Technique and Martial skills since all he learned were Innate techniques. There is only one place to learn and that is the inner scriptures Pavillion.
