"Alright fella's you know the drill, let's do some dynamic warm-ups." Tristan called out, standing in front of the players.
He then proceeded to walk the team through a few stretches. Judging by how the others reacted, this was a common occurrence. Ken followed along, starting with some arm circles and hip rotations.
This was also part of his routine, so there were no issues.
Once they were finished, Tristan led the way for a jog around the field. Despite looking tired upon arrival, the moment he began to train, Tristan's whole demeanor changed. Ken nodded in approval. He might have lost respect for the guy if he didn't take training seriously.
After getting their blood pumping, the captain moved over to a few drills that were set up specifically for agility. Ladder drills, cone drills and an area for short sprints.
Everything was self explanatory and easily breezed through by Ken. With his SSS+ Agility, such a small thing would not pose any issues.
