Greenland Here I come

Lyra was on her way to school when she decided to stop by Ruby- her friend's house so they could walk together. On getting to the bend that leads to school she heard screaming and shouting she was so scared that she wanted to turn back and not come to school that day but Ruby told her that nothing could happen to her and that she was there so they walked closer and closer until they could see the reason for their shouts and screams l, Mr. Michael (often called Mr. Mike) had fallen off the ladder while trying to hang up a banner.
