The Shadow of an Expert

Inside that mental space, Lina was only equipped with a sword. She couldn't use any other weapons, Laws, or Essences.

It was just as her father had told her.

At most, she could materialize most swords if she needed them. For example, she was certain that Shiba would use two swords similar to the ones he was used instead of basic ones.

In front of her, there was a shadow of an expert, the shadow of the Battle God. Of course, that shadow didn't have any consciousness nor could speak.

However, Lina could feel that she shouldn't underestimate that shadow.

She attacked immediately, but although she seemed reckless, she was controlling every single movement of her body so she could react no matter what the shadow did.

As expected, her attack failed, but the shadow's counterattack didn't harm her at all.

"Fortunately, this shadow can only use a sword. If it could switch weapons at will, it would be too difficult."
