LOUISANNA GASPED in shock, having her lips parted as she looked at Paraheia. She expected her mother to be an angel just like her, at least.
But two questions ran onto her mind as she heard what Paraheia had said earlier: First, if her mother was a fallen angel, then why was she on the inferno when she died?
"What is a fallen angel?"
And that's the second question she had in mind.
Louisanna already had an idea on what it was, but she needed someone from the council to confirm it.
"They were the ones who got kicked out of the Heavens because they committed a sin, Luna," Margaux answered, joining the conversation again with her annoyed expression. "Just like you."
Louisanna's gaze fixated at Paraheia who only looked at her with a pitied expression. She wanted to know what Paraheia was thinking, but she couldn't read it. Another question popped into her mind, but she wasn't able to ask it when Margaux spoke again.
