MORE OF HIM

Lia was in the bed for the rest of the day as she denied to go for shopping. Noah was also pissed at her for being silly mentioning a lifeless stone which never brought any good for the pack. Ren was actually a little happy about the situation because she got a day off with Noah. She convinced him to go for the shopping with her as she explained him, the necessity of purchasing stuffs.

Noah was bored anyways and staying back in the apartment would only worsen the situation with Lia. He quickly changed into one of the casuals that Ren got for him in the hospital and washed his face. He didn't want to look boring as it was the first time that he is stepping out in the public.

Perks of being a wolf, his leg healed real quick but he decided to not remove the dressing for a few more days to make her believe, it was still hurting him. He combed his golden hair to back and pushed a beanie to complete the look. He believed it was how everyone else would be dressing out there except for the fact that he really didn't look like a Japanese. He walked out of his shared bedroom and closing the door behind.

"Ready?" Ren was already dressed up and was waiting for the boy in the couch, munching on some snacks.

"I guess." He softly answered while still adjusting the tee shirt sleeve.

"Let me see." She said, making her way to him after patting the chips powder off her hands.

Noah looked up to see her walking close to him, forgetting the meaning of personal space as she proceeded to adjust the shirt collar which he was wearing underneath his long sleeve fluffy sweat shirt. She had a subtle smile on her lips as she pushed the collar inside the sweat shirt carefully, before moving her hands further down to the hem of his sweat shirt.

"Hmm." He hummed unknowingly as he wanted to stop her.

"Tuck it in, if you want." She suggested as his hum was enough for her to realize where she was getting to.

"Thank you." he took two steps back as he turned around to do as she said.

Ren walked back to pick her sling bag and glass but before doing so, she took a quick glance at the mirror to see if she matches his vibe. Ren usually goes for slim glittery fish scale dress but for a change she chose to wear something else. Something that would please Noah's eyes and anything that could grab his attention.

She was wearing an off white jumpsuit which was twice her size not letting her body line get anywhere to human vision. Instead of pointed six inch heels, she just wore a simple earth colour sneakers. Her hair instead of being tied to a sleek pony tail, it was finally allowed to breath. A nude lipstick adding to the completely aesthetic boring look she had.

"Is this okay?" Noah asked catching her attention from the mirror to his already perfect figure.

"You can get into a modelling company with his look." She commented as a way of complementing him.

"Hmm."

He had no interest in listening to her empty compliments as his gaze averted to the closed door of the guest bed room. He was worried about her as much as he hated to admit it. It was not just the cub that he cared about but also for their mother because she was the one who helped him out of the realm. What if she gets sudden cramps like the last day when they are out? Who would help her?

"Is there anything wrong?" Ren asked as she walked to him only to be stopped.

"Give me a minute." He hesitantly said before walking to the closed room.

Ren clearly didn't like that because she was worried if the boy would convince Lia to join them for the shopping. She wanted some alone time with him, to show him that she can be a better friend even though they have met only for about three days. Perks of having a handsome face and godly body is that it attracts girl, even the white collared one just like Ren.

He slowly walked into the room to find Lia in the same position as he saw her the last night. It was easy for him to assume that she was crying her balls out after the argument in which she absolutely had every points to win. The moon stone matters a lot to them, to their pack and even he knows it.

"Lia?" He called out before walking around the bed to her side, maybe to give her a warning.

"Go away." She muttered while pulling the blanket over her head.

"Cute." He whispered under his own breath at her petty act in order to ignore him as it in fact gave him more confidence to talk.

"Lia, I want to tell something." He said trying to take the blanket of her but she gripped on it hard.

"I don't wanna hear." She spoke from under the blanket but he could read her annoyed face with that dull voice.

"I have to do my duty even if you want it or not." He spoke a little harsh to make her listen to him.

"Then sit here until I give birth because that is the only thing you are concerned about.' She jumped up and threw the blanket on his face.

"Liaa." He growled at the sudden attack making his beanie fall off.

"You are going somewhere?" She asked finally meeting her eyes on him.

"Shopping. I am here to tell you that stressing can cause pain and we won't be around to take care of you. Food is on the table so suit yourself." he told her everything in one breath before letting her stop him in between.

"You are talking as if I am the only guest here." She scoffed before falling back on the bed, avoiding his gaze.

"I am trying to help you."
