The next day...
(In the throne room)
Kaycee smiled at the queen and told her that it was a pleasure to meet her. Valentina then asked her what her purpose was for coming to the Earth kingdom.
"I've come to ask about my servant, Julia," Kaycee said. "I heard that you are friends with her. Is that true?"
Valentina nodded. "Yes, we've been friends for several years."
"Since you've been friends for a long time, what do you think her intentions are?"
"I can guarantee you that she means no harm. She's just trying to help."
"Or you're just helping her?"
"It's true that Julia can communicate with your mother."
"I know, but that's not my point. We're talking about if Julia can be trusted."
Valentina then explained that she decided to help Julia when she is in need, but she never agreed to lend her the white and green gem.
Kaycee laughed. "You trust her that much? Has she even told you who was behind all the misfortunes happening?"
The queen sighed, "Your mother knows who it is."
"I'm asking if you know it, not my mother."
"I don't," Valentina said. "Julia hasn't told me."
"Queen Valentina, I don't want to be rude, but I guess I'll have to speak informally with you."
"It's fine," Valentina responded. "Go on."
Kaycee said, "I believe Julia is the impostor. I've suspected her ever since the day she found the recorder in the thrown room."
"You got to trust her," a man interrupted.
Kaycee looked back. "King Antonio, what are you doing here?"
Antonio replied, "I've come to help defend Julia."
"And why would you do that?"
"I once suspected her too, but I can tell you that her heart is pure."
"Look, I didn't travel a thousand miles just hear that from you."
"Princess Kaycee, what do you want us to say? We've answered all your questions," Valentina sighed.
Kaycee then told them to not help Valentina and just ignore her, but the queen shook her head. She told her that she could never do that because she trusts Julia.
"Princess Kaycee, I suggest you rethink this. Don't always assume that Julia's behind everything," Antonio sighed.
"Since the king suggested it, I guess I'll just have to do it," Kaycee said.
Meanwhile...
(At the royal garden)
"It's nice seeing you two back together," Mark began.
"She deceived me," Josh sighed.
"Just because she stayed?"
"Yes, she should've have told me earlier."
"I guess Queen Valentina's plan did work." Charlotte smiled.
"What plan?" Lucy asked.
Charlotte then explained that a few days ago, the queen told them that she'd try to convince Lucy's mother, but she wouldn't tell them how she did it.
"The king tried telling her that it was impossible to change your mother's mind, but I guess Queen Valentina does have some power," Mark added.
"How-How was she able to do that? My mother has been overprotective me ever since," Lucy said.
Mark then smiled and told the princess that she should go and thank the queen for being able to persuade her mother, but the princess didn't want to. She told him that it was her job as the queen to help everyone in need.
"Look, we know that she hasn't been treating you well lately, but deep inside, she actually cares for you," Charlotte explained.
Lucy sighed, "She's just using me because I'm the king's sister."
"Why would she use you? She wouldn't benefit anything from you." Mark laughed.
"Another purpose," Lucy said. "Perhaps she wants me to return the favor."
Mark said, "Look, a simple thank you can brighten up her day."
"Why are you forcing me to do this?"
"You can't take things for granted, princess." Charlotte smiled.
Lucy said, "I've never actually thanked her..."
"Then it's better to do it as early as this age."
"Since all of you keep nagging me, I'll do it."
"If you need help, we'll always be here for you," said the general.
Lucy smiled. "I know you guys will."
