My Brother

Meanwhile...

(At the royal garden)

Carson looked at the window beside him as he started crying. Olivia then tried comforting him by telling him that he shouldn't be sad because Cameron's body hasn't been found yet.

Carson clenched his fist. "I'm really devastated about Cameron's disappearance, but I don't mind if my father dies."

Olivia patted hi shoulder. "Don't say that. He's your biological father."

"He's not my father anymore. He's an enemy."

"No matter how much you despise your father, you are in no position to say that."

"You don't know how much—"

"How much what? I've experienced something a lot worst than what you're experiencing now."

"I'm sorry for bothering you, Olivia. You can just go to bed and ignore me."

"Crying or ranting, keep going. I'll just be here to listen."

As Carson stood in front of her looking dejected, she gave him a hug.

"Lost teaches us about the worth of things, Carson."

Carson laid on her lap. "I'm really exhausted. I'll lie down for a while."

"Stay strong. The fight hasn't ended yet."

The next day...

(At the royal hall)

Valentina asked Antonio when they he plans to go back to the Water kingdom. Antonio then told her that two of Albert's men aren't dead yet.

Antonio sighed, "Be ready for their counterattack."

Valentina responded, "Isn't Gabriel going to be lonely if we are out for too long?"

"Valentina, stop wasting your time. Gabriel is in good hands. He'll be alright."

"I'm just being—"

"Brother, Jay's body is gone," Lucy interrupted.

"Didn't Charlotte throw him into the water?" Antonio asked.

Josh replied, "She didn't. She just left his body there."

Valentina asked, "What if the servants or the—"

"It's not them. I guess they've already figured it out. They just had to burry their friend," Josh interrupted.

(At the village of Koral)

"Jay's dead," Licia began.

"Sir must be too," Jack said.

"They're so unreliable."

Jack then explained that Albert and Jay weren't able to use their powers since the blue gem is in Eleanor's heart and Cameron had the red gem at that time.

Licia scratched her head. "What about it?"

Jack stood up. "Well, if the red and blue gem are close to each other, then he wouldn't be able to use his powers. If Cameron didn't come with the sword that contained the red gem, then we'd probably have accomplished something already."

Licia asked, "Are you saying that he can only get it one at a time?"

"Yes, because if he does not, he'll lose everything," Jack answered.

"Do we still have any chance against them? They've already identified us and King Antonio is helping them."

Jack responded, "We should've followed Jay, but at least Eleanor is now in deep pain."

"Are you saying we have a chance?"

"Do you think she wouldn't care about King Cameron's disappearance?"

"Probably."

"Don't tell me that you're feeling guilty."

Licia said, "A little."

Jack shouted, "Do you think we'll be able to achieve victory if guilty is in your vocabulary?"

"Do you really have to get angry? There's nothing wrong with feeling this way."

"Look, when we kill, we show no mercy."

"I really think we should stop this, Jack."

"I thought that you want to get King Cameron? Well here's the opportunity to!"

"We're not even sure if he's alive."

Jack laughed. "Now I know why your mother was called a retarded widow. She gave birth to a bratty young girl."

Licia shouted, "What did you say?"

"I guess that you've got the same trait as your mother."

"You are in no position to say anything about her! If you're angry at me, why do you have to bring her up?"

"Can't I?"

"You're getting on my nerves."

"What did you—"

Before he could even ask, Licia instantly got the dagger from her pocket, ferociously stabbing Jack's stomach until he fell to the ground and was no longer moving.

Licia looked at the bleeding body. "I can't stand you any longer, Jack. I'll just have to get things done on my own."
