Prologue

"How long has it been since we were free from our children's loud voices?" Shin-ae asked her husband as she found her way towards the couch and sat as improperly as a human can.

"Since you gave birth to them?"Kousuke replied with a monotone voice, never once taking his eyes off his laptop as he slaved away on all the work.

"A single child requires a lot of work... I wonder how we survived the first month, let alone a whole year as parents of a pair of twins," shin-ae wondered as she made her way over to Kousuke 's shoulder.

Kousuke turned to face her, only to find that his darling had fallen into a deep slumber. He smiled as he finished up his last bit of work and carried his wife up to their master bedroom with little effort. He put her in, then lay beside her.

"How did I manage to spend 25 years without you?" he mumbled to himself and followed Shin-ae into the world of dreams.
