When maria was ready, she stepped out of her room, she had on a black tube dress which was released recently, and she bought it as soon as it came out, because she was always updated on every fashion designers to know the dresses they would be releasing, because the most famous designers only released a minimum of five to ten dresses, so she always wanted too buy the most expensive so she wouldn't stand out, she loved her image more than anything in this world.

The dress she wore was made by diaz Fernandez, a famous designer, who has made a name for himself in the fashion industry over the last ten years , he is said to have made the wedding dress of the president wife which made him famous, as elite family sort him out. He is among the top five designers standing at number four.

Maria came out of her room the same time as kelly, and when she saw the dress kelly was wearing, the colour drained from her face. Even if she had worn one of the best dress, she still paled in comparison to kelly.

The dress kelly was on a different was on a different level compared to hers, she actually thought that she would outshine her but she was wrong. Deep down she knew that no matter what kelly wore she would always look better than her, that was why she always bought those expensive cloths, because in the world of the rich, the way you dress determines if you really belong in that world.

She expected Kelly to wear one of those her old dresses, not this, standing before kelly now, people would think of her as a lackey. She gritted her teeth in anger at the thought of that. "where did she get the dress anyway?" She thought.

When kelly got downstairs she saw her father and stepmother talking to joseph who looked uninterested. Joseph looked up at Kelly and he smiled at her, the people who were talking to him noticed that he wasn't listening but was looking somewhere else, and they turned to the direction he was facing. and they saw Kelly coming down and they became speechless.

They both knew that kelly was beautiful but not this beautiful because she always hid it. When mrs Simmons saw her daughter who was behind kelly, her face paled. "Are people going to compare my daughter to that bi*** daughter just as I was compared to her." Her face twisted in anger at the thought of that.

Sje regained herself when her husband pulled her. " so you all are going to leave this two oldies alone," she said putting on a sad face. Expecting joseph to fall gor it and take them along. "Next time we'll make sure you get an invitation, I'm really sorry but we need to get going." he said to them while stretching his hands towards kelly who took it as they walked out.

The Simmons couple were really angry. They wrre about to say something to maria when she rushed out to meet joseph and kelly.
