Unexpected turn

 It's been a long time since she felt this way, she was having goosebumps whenever she saw Alex, but he did not waste time showing her how much he hates her, so Pat resolve not to fall in love with a guy anymore.

But Zack! He loves her, “No! Don’t be too excited, he may have someone he loves.” That thought alone ruined her excitement.

“I don’t want to get surprised by him, he might have someone he loves.

Zack went home and occasionally smile to himself, he was not used to smiling much, but the thought of Pat liking him is making him smile.

He couldn’t wait for the next day, he wants to be with her again, is like new straight just came upon him any time he wants to go see her.

“Hey, how is your night?”

“it was fine,” she said and wanted to ask him about his night too but, Zack will see her as desperate.

“Why is she not asking me about my night?” Zack asked himself, he could hear the question in her head but she was not saying it.

“Did you get the file today?”

"No, but I think I was looking at the wrong place, tomorrow, I promise to get something”

"You don’t have to be in a hurry, take your time, and don’t be caught” he added.

“Why? If I’m caught you will come to my rescue” she flirts with him.

Zack got the message but didn’t take action, he wanted to be sure, he didn’t want to pull his card just yet.

“Here we are, thanks again for bringing me home”

“Anytime”

“I hope she’s not going there to play love with Zack,” Sandra said walking towards Zack but Pat saw her first and start walking inside.

Sandra ignored Pat and went to Zack.

“What are you doing? instead of helping her find does files, you are flirting with her?” Sandra asks Zack, but he was not surprised, after all, is Sandra, and she thinks she can control everyone.

“You know I could easily get those files, but I’m on Lincoln’s wanted list, so do me a favor and stop flirting with that little girl.”, Sandra said with a dark expression on her face.

Zack scoffed at her, with his two hands in his pocket he walked closer to Sandra their face almost touching.

“Are you jealous?” he asked her.

“Hahaha” she laughed at him. “Jealous! For what? You are not my type” she said but Zack walked even closer to her while she moves backward

“Are you sure? Because I like you” Zack said and Sandra lower her head, “No way! Did he mean that? He’s just kidding, even though she’s not thinking about him, it will be nice to know that someone is thinking about her.

She turned to leave but Zack held her hand.

“What do you say” Sandra look down at his hand and he let go of her.

“Go back to your little girl, she might believe you, not me”, Sandra said and walk away leaving Zack smiling.
