The escape

“What kind of magic is this? Who among them have the power to make this padlock hot like this?” The guard was heard asking.

“Everything in this place is power and magic, hahaha,” Jack said to Brain as he heard the guard speaks of magic. They laugh but Clara didn’t laugh nor say anything. She was thinking that they’ve not seen anything yet, when they see magic their conversation will change.

The guard turn away reporting to Sandra, she hurry to the door and order another guard to open the door.

They’re still here ma'am” she hurried inside to confirm.

“I hope you guys are not planning an escape?, because if you do, I will kill you all, and as for Alex and that Sandra, I pity for them because the day I find them is the day they cease to exist”

“What have we done to you and your family?, why are you doing this to us?” Clara rushed her but the guards stop Clara.

You guys will know how painful it is to watch you all be happy and flaunting wealth, throwing in on our faceses as if we don't matter.

And for your information, we are still trying to get our hands on those diamonds that your mother locked in a safe place.

“What diamond are you talking about?”, Clara could not remember her mum having diamonds, if she had something like that she would have told her, her mum has always tell her everything. But hiding such important information from her is way over the line.

She became more angry and charge towards Sandra, the guards try stopping her but Jack and Brian join in the fight.

Sandra barely escape with her life while Jack, Brian and Clara make an escape and start running towards the gate.

Before Sandra could call for backup they already pass the gate.

“Wow…wo..wo, what was that?” Jack and Brian ask Clara breathing heavily when they stop to rest.

“I thought I saw something like  flashes of light coming out of that Sandra eyes, what was that?” Jack ask Clara.

“I don't know what you are talking about, and I didn't see anything”. She lied.

 Clara and Sandra were no longer fighting like normal human being, each of them was  bringing out their magic side while Brian and Jack were fighting with the guards.

They were just lucky that the guards were human servants of Sandra.

“We have to hurry, they will be coming after us”. Clara scared them and they start running again.

They got home but Jack ask Clara to come with them because it is dangerous for her to stay in that house. “They may come back for you”

“Yeah, you’re right” she went with Jack while Brian went home.

"Where have you been?” Pat, Brain's younger sister was standing right in front of the door preventing him from getting inside.

“Will you get out of the way?” Brian push her aside, she’s always like that with Brian acting like his mum sometimes.

“I’m going to tell dad that you’re back” she start walking away but Brian quickly stopped her.

“Is dad back!,” he ask but pat would not tell him, she wants Brian to pet her.

“Ok..i brought something for you, just tell me is he back?”

“No.. but mum was asking after you, where did you go since yesterday?”

“None of your business” he poke her and start running away while pat chase after him.
