Talking snake!

“What about Blaze, have you seen her? I was hoping I could see her, I haven’t heard from her for a long time” Brian ask all at once.

“I. I think she’s in trouble, she needs help” Lily manage to say.

“W-what happen to her?” Brian asks surprised because he knows  Blaze is a strong girl and can not just be in trouble.

“I don’t know, but she went to Lincoln’s house and since then I’ve not heard from her.”

“And who are you?”

“I-I I’m her friend and I’m very sure she needs help”.

“Okay, I’ll see what I can do” Brian was afraid to tell his from or his sister about this, they will think he was crazy, why will he want to save Blaze? so he decided to go alone.

Sneaking into the place they managed to get into the building but getting to Blaze and Sandra was a difficult task.

“What now?” Brian asks lily.

“Just a minute” she tries talking to Blaze again.

“Lily…, where have you been? I’ve been trying to reach you” Blaze talked with her from her head.

“We… I and Brian are here, in Lincoln house, where are you?”

“What! Brian!.. What is he doing here with you?” Blaze got up from her sitting position, she was beginning to lose hope but no!..”

She got up and try to reach for the door but she couldn’t see a thing, everywhere is dark. Sandra only heard her move.

“Blaze are you okay?” she asks.

“Yes, but I think Brian is here to rescue us”

Sandra just scoffed at her and remained in her position. “What a joke,” she said.

“You of all people can’t escape from this place, is it that weak human that can help you?”

“You know Lincoln took our magic away and that is why we can’t leave this place, but we sure need help” Blaze reminded her.

‘Whatever!” Sandra said and sat still in her position. She didn’t see that weak human surviving those guards so what’s the use of having hope?.

Blaze called Lily again “can you hear me?”

“Yes, where are you?”

“We are in an underground dungeon, but if you can get the keys, then you can help us”

“How do I get the keys?” Blaze described the guard with the keys and she told Brian.

“We are going to be needing some distraction,” Brian told Lily as he carefully watch the guards patrolling in front of the door.

“I got this” lily said and turn into a snake in front of Brian.

“When I give the signal! you come,” she told Brian.

“Holy moly” Brian yell in surprise "A talking snake!" but cover his mouth with both hands so the guards won’t hear him.

“There is no time” he heard Lily say, “follow me.”

“huh!..” Brian blinks and rubs his eyes as he stares at the talking snake.

“I said follow me!” she commanded.

“Oh… okay” He went in the direction of the snake but Lily got there first.

“Hey, you! you want to play a game?” Lily called out to the guards.

“Who’s there? Show yourself, now!” they commanded and cocked their guns.

“Down here,” Lily said.
