Stop it now!

“You like my daughter huh.?” Alex was speechless. He didn’t think Lincoln would notice.

But he said nothing and Lincoln just laugh at him.

“Remember your deal with me, don’t add to it Alex,”  Lincoln said and walk away.

“You heard him,” Jack said to Alex, "you’ve to stop this now."

Alex felt like something was pulling him and he couldn’t just stop, the more he thinks about it, the more he wanted Evelyn.

The fact that Evelyn was playing hard to get, is the more reason he wants to pursue her.

Evelyn went home but started thinking about Alex, she never wanted anything to do with Alex, but he keeps pestering her.

Now that she thinks about it, Alex is beginning to crawl into her mind.

But knowing that he already has a woman and a baby made Evelyn reluctant to even want to talk to him.

She brought out Alex's picture and stare at it for a very long time before putting it away.

She has started liking him, she smiles to herself and walks to her window staring at the stars.

She didn’t hear her father come in because she was thinking.

Lincoln is not a man who visit his daughter’s quarter frequently, sometimes he doesn’t visit for months, she was the one who always wants to visit but he was always busy with one project and the other that he has no time for her.

But today, he came to his daughter’s room unannounced.

“Dad!”

“Yes dear, how are you doing?”

“I’m fine dad thank you” she's all smiled to see her father come to visit her.

“To want do I own this honor?” she asks smiling from ear to ear.

“What do you mean? You are my lovely daughter after all, and to think that I will be marrying you off soon makes me proud to be your father”

“Dad what do you mean?”

“Alex has eyes on you, didn’t you notice?” he asks sitting down next to her.

“I don’t get you, dad, what if he has eyes on me?”

“Then I want you to say yes,” he said holding her hands in his.

“Dad!”

“Yes! I like him already”

But Evelyn wasn’t buying it, Alex's reaction, when she told him Lincoln is her father, doesn’t match the smile on her father’s face.

She knows her father to be weird sometimes but she didn’t know how dangerous he is.

He has always played the hero in people's lives who don’t know him but yet Evelyn still thinks her father is hiding something from her.

“Fine dad, I will think about it” Lincoln smiled and left her room.

Lily waited for Blaze and Sandra but heard nothing from them.

She tries talking to her but she wasn’t responding.

"I hope nothing has happened to her?” lily was worried, she didn’t know who to meet and she can not go to Lincoln's place alone.

She thought of Brian but will he listen to her?.

“Excuse me” Lily stopped Brian.

“How may I help you?”

“I. I'm Blaze….” She paused, she didn’t know how to tell him but he already heard her call out the name Blaze.
