Regrets

 “Whatever” Adora murmured as Zack walk away from her.

“What do you know?, you've never been in love before so how would you know how I feel” she said smiling and hugging  herself, she walk straight to her room thinking if to go to Alex room or not. But she better behave.

 This is not the right time because from the look of things, both her brother and Alex are not happy, so she let go of the thought of going to Alex room.

Zack has never really been the type to fall in love, he careless about love, he’s so devoted and committed to fight for the right of his people. In fact his mum and dad are on a business trip to put things in order since their business is under attack by Mr. Lincoln’s men.

They had a little hope when Alex dad was in power but not anymore, the immunity they had has been stripped off and now they have to struggle to keep their business Afloat.

They thought they could get in Alex side do they can continue having the same immunity from him after he resumed power. But now is of no use because Alex does look like someone who can rule not to talk of helping them.

Zack was beginning to have a second thought for helping Alex, he’s beginning to regret it. “He's so weak, no matter how long you teach him, he’s never going to learn anything.” He was about going to his room to ask him to leave when he overheard Adora talking to Alex.

“I think my brother is very angry with you” she said sitting down beside him.

‘Yeah, I know, is all my fault, I should have stood my ground”

“I'm sorry, I made you do it, I have to go and beg for your behalf”

“No need, I’m thinking of leaving anyways”

“What!, you’re leaving?, you can leave, they will kill you”

“I have not choice, since you won’t let me stay here in peace” he added looking at her.

She is a very beautiful woman that Alex will not let go on a normal day, but the case now is different.

“Then I’m sorry, I won’t  bother you again please stay, and don't go, I will leave you alone”.  she got up and made to leave then Zack hurried away from the door.

Zack didn’t  know if to let him leave or stay, he’s so sorry for his condition and wanted to help regardless but he thought it would be good to let him go since his parents would be coming back.

“Alex went back home but discover the house has been messed up. He looked around the house but things were not the same again, a lot of things has been moved out, but he didn't know where they were.

He saw his mother's room open and ran in immediately. The first thing that came to mind was the gold box,  he has really forgotten about that box, he never thought about it again since his mother last showed him the box, he never think much of it because to him he has nothing to worry about, he always have his mother, his father and of course Clara to take care of things for him.
