Okay! This! Not expected

He can’t believe that he could flirt like this, Pat is bringing out a part of him that he did know is in him. He smiles again and it feels good.

“I now see why Alex is like that,” he muttered, “Is kind of fun you know? I need to see Alex, he may know some tips on how to date Pat.”

Next few minutes he is in Alex's house.

“How did it go? Did you get the files?” Alex asks waiting for a good reply.

“Nope… but tomorrow, Pat will do something about it, I trust her”

"Hmm, is not about trust, you said you help her bring the files”

“No, that is not what I said, I said I’m going to help protect her, you know I can’t go inside, they will recognize me.”

“Yeah, yeah, you’re right” Alex walk back and forth biting his fingers, Vampire and the rest are on his neck, they too need enough evidence to nail Lincoln, they were hoping Alex could be the one to bring Lincoln down but is like they have been fighting in vain.

“All Alex ever do is run around with women, he asked for an excuse to marry, and we granted him that, thinking it will help his case, now what is holding him?” the spiritual head asked Vampire.

“I don’t know, I’m beginning to regret myself, I will have to visit him one more time, I have kept my promise of making him the head of the clan, he has to keep his, by bringing Lincoln to book, I will never forget what Lincoln did to my family, it was Mr. Wale who helped me, and so, I made him a promise to always look after Alex, but why is he such a womanizer? His father is a good man!”  Vampire was frustrated, but he visited Alex anyways.

"Vampire just left my house before you walked in, I need those files, or maybe we could go there by night” Alex suggested but Zack was quiet, he didn’t like the idea, he wants to keep on walking Pat home from work.

“Why are you not saying anything?”

"Let's give her some time, she’s close to getting those files, let’s not trigger Lincoln so he won’t know when we are coming."

“Yeah, you have a point, but Pat is too slow, I thought you could help her.”

"Fine, I will help her if you help me” Zack said and Alex sat down.

“Anything, just say it and I will do it,” Alex said because he has been looking for a way to do something for Zack, but he didn’t know what to do for him.  Zack is a complicated person as far as Alex is concerned.

He is not as open to him as Jack, so he counts his words when talking to him.

“There is this girl I want to date, but I don’t know how, I’ve not dated a girl before, so tell me what to do.”
