But the truth is she has no choice, she has no one to protect her out there, and she can’t defend herself from those people, not even the police can help her because a lot of the high-rank officers work for Mr. Lincoln. 

“The only way I can protect you is if you stay here, but if you refuse then you are free to go. But Alex wants you to stay here, he told me to take care of you”.

"What!, he did that? does it means that he already knows he’s going to die?” She asks with her eyes widened than usual.

“I don’t think so, but he asks me to if anything happens to him”.

Sandra cried bitterly, she wishes she has spent more time with him, she regrets ever going mute on him for several days. She hates it now more than ever before and wants so much to turn back the hands of time.

Clara has had enough, this is making four days and Alex's phone is not connecting. She went to Jack to look for Alex but he hasn't visited him or Brian.

Jack asks Brian to help look for Alex but he refused.

“I don’t think I can be of help,” Brian told Jack, they were having some time out, just the two of them and Brian was itching to tell Jack what he saw but Jack just waves it telling him that is not true.

“I and Ella…. W…we are….I mean, I had something with her even when Alex was with her, you won’t blame me though.”

“What do you mean? you can’t do that to Alex” Brian got up from his seat.

“Relax man, that is why I said people do things at some point, you just have to forgive them. Let it go, she loves Alex now” But Brian wasn’t talking about Sandra.

Right now Brian is very angry on behalf of Alex, why will Jack do sure a thing?.

“Calm down, Alex doesn't love Ella!, and she… I don’t think Ella can be with just one man so chill .”

“Even so, you have no right to do that”

“I was just trying to help”. They talked for some time and decide to look for Alex together.

The next day they arrive at Alex's place but Zack is already there and Clara crying so bitterly.

Once Jack enters the house Clara ran to him and he embrace her with a surprising look on his face.

“Why are you crying?”

“Is Alex…., Alex is dead”

“What?” Jack and Brian yell simultaneously.

“How? when?”

“When he went to save Sandra from Lincoln’s hands” Zack replied looking at Jack with contempt.

He has always read their minds and he knows that Jack had been sleeping with Ella behind Alex and that Brian is in love with Sandra and he hated them for that.
